When is the box office open?

RFD-TV The Theatre Box Office is located in the center of the lobby . Open on non-event days from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Open during an event from 8:00am - 1 hour after the published start time for the event.

What are the will call rules?

Tickets may be picked-up at Will-Call (box office reservation window) during normal Box Office hours. Patrons are encouraged to pick-up their tickets ahead of time. Patrons must present the actual credit card used when they place the order, picture ID and confirmation number.

What are the parking options at RFD-TV The Theatre?

There is no additional charge for parking at the RFD-TV The Theatre. Parking for patrons with disabilities is available in the designated areas within the parking lot.
