Directions

From I-80, take the 27th Street exit and go south. Turn west on "O" Street and travel 11 blocks until 16th Street. Turn South (Left) and travel 2 blocks. Pershing Center will be located on your Right at the intersection of 16th Street and "N" Street.

Parking

There are seven covered commercial parking lots all within four blocks of Pershing Center. Street (metered) parking is also available.

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Summer Box Office hours: M-F call Box Office for times.

Types of Payment Accepted

For Ticketmaster events held at Pershing Center, the Box Office will accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card & Cash and Checks 14 days before the event. Phone orders are not accepted. For Ticketmaster events NOT held at Pershing Center, the Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, MC, & Discover (Box Office is also a Ticketmaster Ticket Center).

Will Call

Will Call tickets can be picked up no earlier than 2 hours prior to the performance at the Box Office Will Call Window. Customers must present the actual credit card used for the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is located on the floor in a raised area with no obstructed view. The raised area is accessible with a ramp. Seating location can vary from show to show. See map on TM.com for specific location. 1 Accessible seat + 2 companion.

General Rules

Cameras are not allowed for most events (check with the Box Office). Recording devices are not allowed. No outside food or drink is allowed. Concessions are available for most events.
