The playing field was spectacular as well as the grounds crew. The teams played a quality and very entertaining game of baseball. The parking was much too far from the field - I've been to pro events in every sport and never had to walk so far. The in-game presentation lacked. While the PA announcers were top-notch, the music choices really left much to be desired. The crowd was pumped up going in, and all you did was soften them to sleep. Country songs that nobody has heard of, love songs, slow melody songs ... you missed the boat completely. Play upbeat songs, songs that get people clapping and toe-tapping. And then, immediately after the game, with Canada just having lost, the team gathered in a circle in right field and the crowd cheered them, as deserved. What do you play over the sound system at that moment? The complete version of "I could have had it all"! It was completely distasteful, disrespectful, and frankly, unpatriotic. After these women busted their butts trying to win gold, feeling like they had let down a crowd of 5,000+ (which they didn't!), you kicked them while they were down.
