monster truck with big foot was a rip off

by demofever on 1/17/12Cincinnati Gardens - cincinnati

went the cincy gardens to see big foot. it was a total waste of money. They only had 4 trucks and the place was way to small. My 3 year old thoght it was ok. Do not waste your money on this event. This was my first monster truck show and my last. I would rather watch it on tv.

    Kids loved it

    by Alex2012 on 1/17/12Cincinnati Gardens - Cincinnati

Did not expect my 2 and 3 year old to sit through the whole show. They loved it, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was all three of our first time to a show like that.

    Terrible!

    by envoy03 on 1/17/12Cincinnati Gardens - Cincinnati

Don't call it a monster truck show if the are only going to perform for 15 minutes. Most of the show was dirt bikes and quads. Too muck talking. I spent extra money for the pit pass and you didn't need to , they let everyone go down! Waste of time and money!! This was our second year going and will be our last!!

    Do Not Waste Your Money!

    by chase06 on 1/17/12Cincinnati Gardens - Cincinnati

To be fair, this event was geared towards children. However, it came up short, in more ways than one. This show was all over the place with no obvious direction. Very little entertainment and poor tansistions. I felt as if I payed for a pro event with a bunch of amatuers!

    Monster Trucks - Bigfoot

    by papa66 on 1/17/12Cincinnati Gardens - Cincinnati

The main reason to go was to see BIGFOOT. Things happen, but the rest of the field was very average. Also, the Cincinnati Gardens is way to small to pull this event off. The dirt bike races were very poor. I will not return to see another event, and I feel I was taken a little for what it cost.

    Monster Trucks ROCK

    by Liss82 on 1/16/12Cincinnati Gardens - Cincinnati

Great time for me and my 8-year-old nephew! Lot's of excitement and good, clean fun. Very loud at times so be careful about that, especially with small children. Best part seeing the cars smashed! Also was awesome seeing trucks up close!

    Lots of waiting !

by Batgirllie on 1/16/12Cincinnati Gardens - Cincinnati

Not worth it because the arena is too small for the trucks. So most of the time we were waiting on them to get ready instead of performance. Out of the 2 hours of show time only the last 10 minutes got my boys excited.

Event was not what I expected

by eminatecolb on 1/16/12Cincinnati Gardens - Cincinnati

Although the trucks were great and the motorcross guys did a great job, the event was not what I expected. It was our first monster truck event, and we expected more with the trucks. The time they were out on the arena floor was very short and most of all (a learning to us) the Cincinnati Gardens is way too small for an event like this. It had plenty of seats but the floor area for the trucks was too small. half the time was spent doing K turns to get ready for another jump. So very choppy in the show... not a sense of real excitedment. We had fun but it was not the "WOW" we were looking for. Plus I really have no idea what the championship for the trucks was... it was a contest on cheers from the crowd... not what I call a championship.
