This was our first Wine & Food festival. Although the event opened at 6:00, we arrived at 7:00. We had no idea the food would be so limited. The vendors began closing their booths before 8:00. Apparently they ran out of food. How is that possible? By the time we stood in line each time, we left hungry. Had the tickets been cheap, I may not have minded but for $200 each??? The wine was very good. We will not attend this event again.
This is the best event of the year. Great vendors, food is always amazing, great selection of wines, and the music is always on point. Can't wait until the next one!
The band Ghost Town Blues Band was great! Food excellent! There were some lovely wines but most wines were depleted by 815pm.
my first time was a great experience, the only thing that was cumbersome was the fact it rained, and it was very muddy, our table did not have a number on it, so we guesstimated:)
Will definitely come again next year . Just feel like the chefs should have more food to we’ve serve. I wasn’t able to try everybody food. Other than that it was very intimate and well put together. I was very pleased with my experience !!
The Memphis Food & Wine festival was amazing!! People were friendly and the food and wine selections were all outstanding! This exceeded my expectations since I could not imagine how a $250 per person ticket would turn out, and it was all a wonderful experience!! The music was incredible and we are already planning to attend again next year (flew in from the ATL. This is a not-to-miss event for foodies, oenophiles and music lovers alike!!
Food was really good and would rate that alone as 5 stars. Wine was wine(not a connoisseur). However, this was an event slated from 6:00p-10:00p and many vendors ran out of food by 7:30p. A third of them by 8:00-8:30. Should have been prepared for, at least, 1.5 times the ticket sales. I accept it that the ticket sales go to charity; but, still paid a lot of money to not fully experience it. We were non-stop getting in the lines; so, it wasn’t for a lack of trying.
We really enjoyed the Festival but was sad that some of the vendors run out of food and wine before 8:00.
This was by far one of the best events we have attended in over 18 months. The food, wine and total experience was superb!! Looking forward to returning every year.
Great wine, delicious food, beautifully organized. Had the best time.
