McWane Center is designed for everyone regardless of age, race or ability level. They strive to meet the needs of all visitors. If customers have any questions regarding accessibility at McWane Center, they can call Visitor Services at 205-714-8414. General Accessibility Provisions -Wheelchairs are available for loan from Visitor Services on a first come, first serve basis. -The entire building is wheelchair accessible. -Accessible parking is available on street level and on every floor of the parking deck. Vehicles taller than 6' 8" will not fit in the parking deck. Shuttle service is available Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. -Automatic doors are located at the main entrances (2nd Ave N and 19th St N). -A private special needs room is available for nursing mothers, an ill child or other personal needs. -For specific questions pertaining to accessibility in McWane Center, or to receive a copy of our Navigation Guide, please call (205)714-8367.
