Mary Poppins (New York, NY) Tickets

What an amazing show! So sad that my friends will NOT be able to see it due to its closing, but delighted that we were able to experience the Disney magic!

My wife and I had the best time at the theater. She said that it was probably the best show that she has seen on Broadway in many many years. We both loved the beautiful scenery changes and the many special effects that were used in the show. The actress who played Mary Poppins had a marvelous voice and danced very competently. The theater itself was a total work of art. We talked with one of the ushers after the show and he gave us some information on the theater. He said that it is the only Art Nouveau theater in the city and that some $80,000,000 dollars was spent on restoring the theater. We did buy the book explaining the history of the theater. We look forward to seeing Aladdin next year at the theater.

The show was fabulous but I didn't care for the guy playing Bert! No spark, no fun! Liked when I saw the other Bert I saw in January!

This is a must see. Young or old you will have a wonderful time.

Phenomenal show! My 6 year old daughter and I had such a great time, she loved every minute. Sad to see the end of this show. The Amsterdam Theater is so beautiful too, an amazing piece of history.

Brought kids to see Mary Poppins this past Saturday. Third time for me and my daughter and first time for my husband and four year old son. The show is absolutely amazing! What a spectacular production. Cast amazingly talented. So sad it closed yesterday. Hoping it makes its way back to Broadway again soon.

There were some slow spots in the performance and it was hard to understand some of the actors when they spoke.

I've always loved the story of Mary Poppins - read the book over and over as a child, have seen the movie many times as well. I'd been meaning to see the show for years, but never went. As soon as I heard it was closing I knew I had to go. We saw the show on March 2nd - and I loved it. Everyone was wonderful - all the kids around me looked like they were having a blast, singing along to songs. Everyone really loves seeing Mary fly over the audience at the end!

We brought our nephews and niece for their first Bway show, and couldn't have been more delighted by the beauty of the sets, the actiing, and charm of the show. We were simply blown away by the voices and the dancing by all the cast and chorus. So happy we were able to catch this before it left Bway. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I took my daughter and my niece who are 7 and 6 and they absolutely loved the show!!! We were all so amazed by the singing and dancing and even the flying!!!

We were so fortunate to see this show before it closes. It's amazing!! Steppin' Time was the best number. Hopefully they will bring this show back!

It's a shame this show is closing. It's what New York needs for great family fun entertainment.

My family enjoyed every minute of this spectacular show. We had the perfect seats ... she flew right over us. My daughter said "she even winked at me!" Great night for the family.

it's my daughter's first musical, the music, props were amazing, and she was in awe on how the settings were so real and changes before our eyes in seconds. So was I. A great family experience.

Great performance and would readily recommend to others to enjoy if it returns.

Fabulous play. The actors wonderful. Difficult understanding the children--spoke their lines very fast. The children's voices sometimes would shrill.

Having seen several Broadway shows, I must say that this was exactly what I expected. The most impressive part of the show was by far the effects. The production crew managed to put things together in a very magical way. There were several moments that I was just able to sit back, and say "wow" as i realized the transformations going on on the stage. All of the actors seemed very talented and believable. My only complaint about the show was the story. It seemed to be somewhat disjointed. While there was an underlying plot line connecting things, it seemed as though the focus of the show was the random moments that were memorable from the Poppins "universe", and not the underlying character development. That being said, as a Disney show, this may have been intentional, as those moments would appeal more to children. Overall I did enjoy it, especially all of the theatrical effects. It just wasn't the deep story that I typically like.

Loved it, loved it, loved it! I am so sad that it's closing. What a feel good show.
