But the Prince has a different idea; for he has fallen in love with an ordinary young maiden who found her way to the steps of the palace. Can this common girl pass the test? Will the oh-so persnickety Queen allow her to win? Will a tiny pea and a stack of mattresses stand between her and true love? Find out in this new musical based on the classic tale by Hans Christian Anderson. A special one-hour presentation for kids (and parents) of all ages.
Would have loved to be able to review, but wouldn't put myself and grandkids in the situation, as I was following social distancing reccomendations of the CDC. Apparently, the Marriott agreed , as they canceled all performances that afternoon.
This experience with our 2 1/2 year old was wonderful! We were concerned about her age and the appropriateness of such a presentation. Not only did the actors do a great job, but they also kept her attention! The one hour performance was a perfect length and the story line was both fun and kept her attention! We will certainly be back for more performances!
My niece and I enjoyed the show very much. She is six and it kept her attention well. The actors did a great job entertaining for both children and adults.
The play/musical was great. Funny and cute. My daughters loved it! Perfect length for children...not to short - not too long.
My granddaughter was mesmerized. Loved the humor for adults too!
