Featuring the classic songs "Follow the Yellow Brick Road," "Ding Dong the Witch is Dead," and "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," THE WIZARD OF OZ will remind you that there really is "no place like home".
A special one-hour presentation for kids (and parents) of all ages! Followed by a Question & Answer Session With the Cast.
My children loved this musical. It's the right length for kids to keep their attention. The question and answer session after was a nice touch for the kids as well. I would recommend this to any of my friends for a fun family outing.
Very entertaining performance which was enjoyable for both adults and children. The acting and singing was excellent and the choreography was spectacular.
We were lucky enough to have front row seats for the show, and it made the experience all the more fun. My two boys felt like they were part of the show and were engaged the entire time. It was very well done, great cast and costumes! Our whole family had a great experience.
The Marriott Theater has done it again. This performance of the Wizard of Oz is awesome! The actors really know how to entertain the kids. It kept their attention all the way through and the Q & A session at the end was great. I loved seeing the actors interacting with all the kids. I'd recommend this to all my friends.
I've been coming to plays at this theatre for a very long time, and every time I do, I'm left speechless by the performance; Wizard of Oz was no exception. I thought that the costumes were spectacular, all of the actors and actresses were acutely talented, and the running crew, sound man, and pit band did a wonderful job. I saw this particular show twice, and both times I was laughing, clapping, and having a wonderful time. Thank you for all that you do; I'll definitely be back.
I had a 4 year old that was afraid of the witch. He sat on my lap for the entire show and covering his eyes. I didn't think he would be scared. He was better sitting on my lap - but still afraid. AND the smoke that brought in the Wizard, smelled bad and that was right next to us. Overall, I thought it was done very well. And the price was Great. We will come back for more of these children shows.
Wonderful performance thoroughly enjoyed by my family ..... Especially my 2 year old granddaughter! Will definitely look into attending more performances at Lincolnshire Marriott's Childrens Theater in future!
Excellent adaption for children. Voices were outstanding. Acting was superb. I would highly recommend this play for children 6-14.
What a wonderful venue. Genius set design and special effects added to a wonderfully talented professional cast lend to an entertaining production of the Wizard of OZ. Adults were entertained along with the children.
Great children's play! My 4 year old loved it. Just long enough for kids to sit through.
