    So much fun with friends!

by merrykatie on 9/2/17Spectrum Center - Charlotte

I went with one of my friends from school and we had a blast! The line up was great, and the songs were so much fun to sing along to. I would suggest shortening the wait time between acts, but I understand that switching sets is time-consuming. Overall it was fantastic! I hope that it happens again this year!

way too many acts. headliner only played 4 songs

by jonessl on 12/20/16Spectrum Center (formerly Time Warner Cable Arena) - Charlotte

Most people were there to see Shawn Mendes and DNCE, let's be real. There was a ridiculous amount of time between each of the acts - maybe 30 minutes each. So that is about 2 hours of nothing. Nothing. Shawn Mendes only had time to play4 songs. It was ridiculous. Would have been much better off only have 3 acts and longer sets.

    Kids-mas Concert

by JohnnyGinjGinj on 12/19/16Spectrum Center (formerly Time Warner Cable Arena) - Charlotte

To start, a "starting lineup" or setlist would have been more helpful in accommodating for travel to the venue. There was no logical order to the performances. My SO and I missed JoJo, anticipating her to be at least 2nd or 3rd up (out of all 6 artists with presence on the radio and recent album releases) and we were only 15 minutes later than showtime start. To elaborate on this, it upset me that each artist performed for an average of 20~25 minutes. Most times, setup/breakdown of the stage for the next artist took about the same amount of time - if not longer! The venue was perfect, although seating on the floor is not even seating at all - next time I'm going to save my money and settle for the baseline/sideline seats with a guaranteed better view of the concert and all of the performance that is to be offered. Even with a 10th row seat from the stage, trying to see over 6 foot giants diminished our enjoyment of the concert. If it were not for the artists that performed (that hardly visit the Charlotte area), this concert would not have been attended. Such a strong performance set that was relegated due to the other poor aspects. :-(

    Great show but too long

by TayTam on 12/16/16Spectrum Center (formerly Time Warner Cable Arena) - Charlotte

The break time between each act was way too long. The show started at 7:00 and did not end until after 11:00 - too late on a school night. DNCE was the highlight for me, but the rest were fine. Of course my daughter loved Shawn the best. Also the sound quality was pretty rough at times with loud vibrating feedback

    Loved it

by Anna129347 on 12/16/16Spectrum Center (formerly Time Warner Cable Arena) - Charlotte

I didn't give this 5 stars because the floors were super sticky and a cup of water costed $5. Otherwise the concert was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.

    Artists were great!

by Lori7273 on 12/16/16Spectrum Center (formerly Time Warner Cable Arena) - Charlotte

This was my 15 yr old daughter's Christmas present. The artists were great, but for the price we paid, I was expecting them to be shown on the big screens on the ceiling so everybody could see them. We were very disappointed when we realized that it would only be seen on the stage. Also, having the morning DJ's blather on between sets was unnecessary and frankly, annoying. Getting into the venue was easy and the staff were very helpful. Overall, I would recommend the show, buy only with the advice to bring binoculars if you don't plan to shell out too much money to be within the first 20 rows.

    Too much lip syncing

by Anonymous on 12/16/16Spectrum Center (formerly Time Warner Cable Arena) - Charlotte

Shawn Mendes was the only artist that actually sang. All the others lip synced. If they aren't good enough to actually sing why are they on tour? For that matter why are they even considered a star?

    Great event, not great people

by Lani0078 on 12/16/16Spectrum Center (formerly Time Warner Cable Arena) - Charlotte

I attended the Kissmas Concert 2016 and I was extremly pumped prior the show. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The singers put on a great show. Everything was great except the fact that the girls behind us were rude and screaming like they were in need to be in the hospital. They did not care to be respectful towards the people around them, even kicking my sister while she was sitting down trying to eat. Above all that the concert was great.
