Parking

Arena Parking Lots open 2.5 hours prior to the event and are subject to event parking fees.
Parking Permits are available for pre-purchase through Ticket Master Website and guarantee parking space up to 30 minutes after the event starts.
Day of event parking lots accept cash or credit cards for event parking payment at lot entry.
City Of Glendale Ordinance prohibits overnight parking / camping.
Tailgating is permitted in Jobing.com Arena parking lots two hours prior to the event.
Disabled Guest (with disabled license plate or placard) parking is located in all arena parking lots.

Box Office Hours

Located outside on the Northeast corner of the Arena.
Monday – Friday: 10:00AM – 6:00PM
Saturday: 10:00AM – 4:00PM during hockey season and on-sale days.
Sunday: Closed except on event days.
Box Office hours may be extended for on-sales or on event days.

The Coyotes Pick-up Window is located outside the Northeast corner of the Arena near Gate 5. Guests picking up will call tickets must present valid photo ID and credit card used for purchase, if applicable, that matches tickets to be picked up.

ALTERNATE PICK-UP: If another person, other than the person ordering & paying for the tickets, is picking up a WILL CALL order, the ALTERNATE PICK-UP name MUST be on the account. To get the alternate pick-up name noted on the account, the original purchaser MUST contact Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000, ask for customer service, verify account information and request alternate pick-up.


Accessible Seating

Arizona Coyotes:
To purchase accessible seats for Arizona Coyotes, subject to availability, please call the Arizona Coyotes Ticket Office at 480-563-PUCK (7825) or visit the Jobing.com Arena Box Office.

Arena Concerts and other Events:
To purchase accessible seats for a concert or other event, subject to availability, please call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000 for phone purchase or www.ticketmaster.com for on-line purchase, or visit the Jobing.com Arena Box Office.

ACCESSIBLE SERVICES:
Requests for Sign Language Interpreters should be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event. Call Guest Services at 623-772-3240 for these arrangements.
Assistive Listening Devices are available from the Gate 5 Guest Services Booth.
Parking Lot G located on the east side of the Arena is available for disabled guests with state issued license plates or placards. Parking Attendants will direct guests to the disabled parking area.
All restrooms and concession stands are accessible.
Jobing.com Arena welcomes service animals utilized by guests with disabilities.

Children Rules

Arizona Coyotes:
Children under 36” in height or ages 2 and under are not required to have a ticket but must share the seat with a ticketed adult.

Arena Concerts and other events:
Children under 36” in height or ages 2 and under are not required to have a ticket but must share the seat with a ticketed adult. However, age requirements may vary by show so please call the Box Office at 623-772-3800, Guest Services at 623-772-3240 or check the event information for a specific show on Ticketmaster.com.

Miscellaneous

BUILDING POLICIES (include but not limited to):
All Guests are subject visual inspection of purses, bags, containers and clothing capable of carrying prohibited items. Guests will be required to enter through a magnetometer upon entering the arena. Outside food and beverages (except for one sealed water bottle per person) is prohibited. Smoking is not permitted except in designated smoking areas. Prohibited items include: Weapons of any kind. Illegal drugs, bottles, cans, food, beverage containers, laser pens, ball, projectile objects, noise makers, no video cameras, audio recorders are prohibited in the arena.
Animals are not permitted, with the exception of certified service animals for our guests with disabilities or service animal in training.

CAMERA POLICY:
Arizona Coyotes:
Cameras with lenses exceeding six inches are prohibited. Flash photography is prohibited from the first 5 rows. Video recording of NHL play is prohibited.

Arena Concerts and other events:
Camera policies are dictated by the tour and may change without notice. Generally, small digital and disposable cameras are permitted. Call Guest Services at 623-772-3240 for camera policy for event you are attending.

LOST TICKET POLICY:
The ticket purchaser is solely responsible for the tickets purchased.

TICKETS PURCHASED AT ARIZONA COYOTES PHONE CENTER: Please contact the Arizona Coyotes at 480-563-PUCK (7825). The Arizona Coyotes will verify your ticket purchase information, if possible. Once the information has been verified, the Arizona Coyotes will re-issue duplicate tickets. The duplicate tickets will have a new barcode invalidating the original tickets. Guests with the invalid tickets will not be allowed into the event.

Please contact the Jobing.com Arena at 623-772-3800. Jobing.com Arena will verify your ticket purchase information, if possible. Once the information has been verified, Jobing.com Arena will re-issue duplicate tickets. The duplicate tickets will have a new barcode invalidating the original tickets. Guests with the invalid tickets will not be allowed into the event.

TICKETS PURCHASED AT TICKETMASTER TICKET CENTERS:
Please return to the Ticket Center you originally purchased the tickets. The Ticket Center employee will collect customer information for Ticketmaster to verify your ticket purchase, if possible. Once the information has been verified, Ticketmaster will re-issue duplicate tickets. The duplicate tickets will have a new barcode invalidating the original tickets. Guests with the invalid tickets will not be allowed into the event.

TICKETS PURCHASED AT TICKETMASTER PHONES AND ONLINE:
Please call 1-800-653-8000. The Customer Service agent will collect information for Ticketmaster to verify your ticket purchase, if possible. Once the information has been verified, Ticketmaster will re-issue duplicate tickets. The duplicate tickets will have a new barcode invalidating the original tickets. Guests with the invalid tickets will not be allowed into the event.

STOLEN TICKET POLICY:
Tickets purchased at Arizona Coyotes phone center:
Guest must supply the following:
A copy of the police report stating that the tickets
have been stolen (a police report number is not sufficient).

Please contact the Arizona Coyotes at 480-563-PUCK (7825).
The Coyotes will verify your ticket purchase information. Once the information has been verified, the Coyotes will re-issue duplicate tickets. The duplicate tickets will have a new barcode invalidating the original tickets. Guests with the invalid tickets will not be allowed into the event.

TICKETS PURCHASED AT JOBING.COM ARENA:

A copy of the police report stating that the tickets have been stolen (a police report number is not sufficient).
