About

Sold-out global concert tours. Ratings-shattering broadcast specials. A best-selling author. A star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. And a few Guinness Book of World Records set for good measure. Ventriloquist Jeff Dunham is a comedy superstar and one of the world's most inventive entertainers. After graduating from Baylor University, he moved to Los Angeles to base his global touring and never looked back. The man Slate called "America's favorite comedian" has 11 record-breaking comedy specials to his credit - three were Comedy Central's most viewed specials of their respective years ("Me the People," 2022; "Minding the Monsters," 2012; "Controlled Chaos," 2011), and his "Jeff Dunham's Very Special Christmas Special," 2008, remains the network's highest rated program of all time. His NBC primetime special, "Unhinged," ranked as the time period's top non-sports program on the Big 4, rebroadcast six weeks later on Comedy Central to become its top rated special of 2016. His most recent special "Me the People" arrived as the highest rated stand-up special since "Jeff Dunham: The Unrehearsed Pandemic Special" two years ago, and the most watched comedy special of 2022.

His autobiography, All By My Selves: Walter, Peanut, Achmed and Me, landed Dunham on the New York Times' Best Seller list three weeks in a row. He was also named Billboard's Top Comedy Tour for three consecutive years. The versatile entertainer created an animated film for CMT, hosted the Food Network's Halloween Baking Championship, guested on ABC's "Ellen," NBC's "30 Rock," Disney's "Sonny with a Chance," did commercials for Hertz, and appeared in Jay Roach's Dinner for Schmucks, featuring Steve Carrell and Paul Rudd. Dunham, "a dressed-down, more digestible version of Don Rickles with multiple personality disorder" according to TIME, can currently be seen on his Jeff Dunham: Still Not Canceled tour. Loved laughing

by Lee on 6/2/24Scherr Forum- B of A Performing Arts Center, Thousand Oaks - Thousand Oaks

Jeff Dunham was quick witted and knows how to play to his audience. I had that belly laugh that makes you feel good. We shouldn’t take ourselves too seriously and enjoy life’s differences.

Love Jeff and his band of misfits!

by Lindy on 6/1/24Scherr Forum- B of A Performing Arts Center, Thousand Oaks - Thousand Oaks

It was fun to attend this "pre-show"where Jeff tried out jokes to see what worked and didn't. It was really like sitting through a regular show but with stopping to speak to the audience or laugh at himself! Too many "F bombs", as there some kids in the audience, but a great time, we laughed and laughed!

    Always good for a laugh

by Tonya on 5/31/24Scherr Forum- B of A Performing Arts Center, Thousand Oaks - Thousand Oaks

I enjoy Jeff Dunham. However, I felt I could have just watch it on YouTube and got the same laughs if not more. I paid $262.50 for a ticket, yet, at this particular event it was a show to try out material for an upcoming special so one of the comments is that is why the tickets were so low in cost. Was this true or was that supposed to be a joke since the ticket wasn't low in cost? I sat in the front row which was perfect. He didn't play with all of his puppets, for instance, we didn't see Jose the jalapeno on a stick. All in all it was a good evening but not stellar, hence the 4 stars.

Great Show. Front Section seat very disappointed

by Danny on 5/29/24Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood - Las Vegas

The Planet Hollywood show was great I give it a 10. however the seating in the what they call the gold section first 10 rows. is very bad. they are folding seats and have no room for anyone to get by. What made it worse is the people that were on the larger size went over into your seat. I recommend not seating in this area i saw a lot of unhappy people sitting in them. you would think for the higher cost tickets you would get a little better seating. This was the biggest joke of the show. Love you Jeff Dunham. Hate the venue.

    Loads of fun

Jeff-fa-fa Still Not Canceled. the best and funniest show ever! Between Walter and pres. Buyden it's quite clear who's the best for the job. May Achmed's 'reign' of terror continue for years. If you haven't had the pleasure of one of Jeff's shows...What are You Waiting For?

    Great, as always!

by Kelf on 5/28/24Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood - Las Vegas

Always LOVE watching Jeff do what he does best. He is hilarious and I always love how he even cracks himself up when doing his bit. My only caveat was I guess he needed to waste time and it felt like he turned his show into a commercial to help sell his wife's cookies.
