The best band I have ever seen. I have seen them 3 times now and will see them every time I can. Such an amazing band and i cannot recommend them enough. Such amazing musicians, and even better people. They interact so well with the crowd and make you feel like part of the show. They make it a point to stay after shows and meet fans too!
Heavens Edge is a great live band with songs that are fun to sing along and rock with. Their lead guitar player Reggie Wu is a local legend and is still one of the best guitar players around. Overall, they put on a great show and I recommend them to anyone that loves live music.
NEVER HAVE BEENTO THE TLA IN PHILLY. A FIRST. VERY NICE VENUE TO SEE A SHOW. THERE WERE 4 BANDS ON THE BILL. BRITNY FOX AND OF COURSE HEAVEN'S EDGE. BOTH BANDS BOUGHT MEMORIES AT THE GALAXY NITE CLUB. HEAVEN'S EDGE JUST BLEW OFF THE ROOF. A SOLD- OUT SHOW. WAS WELL WORTH THE PRICE. I HOPE MAYBE THEY CAN DO IT AGAIN SOMETIME. THE STAFF AT THE TLA WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY HELPFUL. MARK EVANS SEEMS TO NEVER AGE. THANKS TO ALL 4 BANDS FOR A NIGHT OF MEMORIES.
The title says it all. The TLA and Philadelphia was ROCKED by Heaven's Edge & Britny Fox to a SOLD OUT crowd. Guitars were blazing & heads were banging. It was a night to remember. Vocals permeated passionately the air we all breathed and the billboard outside clearly summed up what was expected and what occurred...SOLD OUT! There's nothing more to know. I was there. Philadelphia was there. The 80s were there. We ALL are still here and ready for another. Yes Please. Rock N Roll Kids!!!
Like it was 25 years ago, they rocked the house with all the excellence they always display. Thick as thieves, they didn't miss a beat. From the music to the lights to the show, it was one of the best I've been to in a loooong time. Can't wait for the next time!
Amazing show. What a fun night! If you have the chance to see this band, DO NOT miss them!!
Heaven's Edge rocked the Theater Of The Living Arts on South Street! The SOLD OUT show was booked as a "Philadelphia kind of night" and it felt like it did back at The Empire and The Galaxy! I would recommend buying tickets well in advance for any Heaven's Edge concerts before they sell out.
A fantastic performance by a band I have loved since I was 17. 25 years later they are better than ever with the drive and energy to get the crowd going with excitement all night. It was a great night of music and laughter :) I will love heavens edge forever!!!
If you missed this show, you missed a hell of a performance. Great small venue, up close with the bands. The 2 opening acts got the sold out crowd wound up. Brittany Fox put on a pretty good performance however the singers voice isn't quite what it used to be. I had questioned why Heavens Edge was the headliner with Brittany having done a bit more with their career. I see why there were number one on the bill. They kicked ass. the singer never sounded better. The band was tight and all the musicians were energetic and looked as if they were generally having a great time. At the end, bringing out all the bands along with the singer of The Dead End kids to do Midnight Moses just topped off an amazing performance. If you get the chance, check them out.
