Parking

There is a $1.00 parking fee added to the face falue of the ticket.

Accessible parking spaces are available on the east and west sides of the Hearnes Center. To be admitted into the accessible parking areas, vehicles must display a current disabled window pass or license plate.

Will Call

Please call 314-421-4400 or check on ticketmaster.com to inquire about will call tickets. If you purchase your tickets within 10 days of the event, the option of mail is not available. You must pick your tickets up at will call or have them Express Mailed.

Accessible Seating

The Hearnes Center Administration and the Athletic Department welcome visitors with disabilities and provides services and amenities to accommodate thier needs. Interested parties can purchase the wheel chair seat plus adjoining sets based on availability. Please call the Box Office to inquire about how to purchase these tickets.

A Minicom TDD is available in the Athletic Ticket Office at 1-800-228-7297 or (573) 882-0743.

In the event of an emergency, Hearnes Center personnel have been instructed and trained to assist the disabled in evacuation the premises. Visitors on the floor will need to go to the southwest corner of the Arena (under section A10), where a staff person will help you exit the building.

There is an elevator located on the south side of the Hearnes Center to assist patrons to the upper and lower levels.

The Hearnes Center policy is no refunds and no exchanges. For all first day onsales, a line number lottery is performed.
