This show was excellent. Harold Melvin and Russell Thompkins Jr and the New Stylistics were great. Their voices still sound good, and the songs are timeless.
Harold Melvin and Russel Thompkins Jr ARE STILL GOIN STRONG. And those two guys can't be beat . The backup band and singers do them justice. It was an unforgettable musical night.
Harold Melvin’s show was excellent!! Enjoyed it a lot. Russell Thompkins, Jr and Stylistics was so so. Less than awe-inspiring.
If you came of age in the 1970’s, this was a show for you. And although I understand that this was not the original Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes, this group of talented performers and musicians sounded as if Teddy Prendergast returned to his glory days. They sang every big hit that defined my college years; never losing a beat. The entire house sang along to every great song. It was definitely an evening of nostalgia that brought you back to a time when the music dictated the atmosphere.
Cannot say enough about the performance of the Harold Melvin performance. Each musician gave the show 120 percent. It took us back to the great performances of years back.
Great show!! So wonderful to hear good singing and great harmony. It was greatly enjoyed!!!!
This was a wonderful show but wish we had better seats to see them perform closely
It was so nice, to her all those old good songs. Brought back memories, I really enjoyed the show. The drinks were good, seats were good all-around a great night.
Harold Melvin and the Bluenotes made the show. The next group, not so much. I'm unsure if they were trying to lip-sync or if their sound systems failed them.
