When is the box office open?
The Box Office is located at the Field House main entrance on the Mezzanine Level in the Northwest corner of the Field House. Box Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10AM - 6PM Wednesday 12PM - 8PM Saturday 10AM - 2PM Day of Show: 10:00 AM - throughout the show

Cash, Visa, Mastercard
What are the will call rules?
Pick up tickets the day of the show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order, the confirmation number, and a photo I.D.
What are the parking options at Gordon Field House - Rochester Institute of Technology?
- All parking is free - Parking is available in Lot D and Lot N - Accessible Parking is located at Southeast corner of Lot D - Overflow parking is available in Lot G and Lot H (both involve about a 5 minute walk)
Is there accessible seating?
The Field House is accessible for wheelchair and hearing impaired patrons. Assisted Listening Devices are available. Please contact the Field House Management Office for tickets and information by calling 585-475-4121 .
