Evelyn Glennie Tickets

Virtuoso percussionist, Evelyn Glennie, is a fabulous! She provided a thoughtful, beautiful, inspiring sonic ride through the vibration space of the Royce Hall. I would unequivically recommend seeing / hearing her anytime to anyone. The opening performance by cellist, Maya Beiser and accompanying musicians was interesting. At times, it was hard to tell where the sound was coming from. We guess that she must have been looping over tracks some of the time. The group of 4 acoustic players were able to produced a surprisingly lush, driving sound

Maya Beiser performed wonderfully, as did the oud player and percussion section players. Evelyn Glennie had me on the edge of my seat, she exceeded my expectations. Unforgetable performance by both women.
