Ever since graduating from Ithaca College in Upstate New York, Eric Jordan Young has been a staple both on and off Broadway, making a name for himself with acclaimed roles in productions like Ragtime '98, Chicago, and Seussical. Over the years he's released a solo album of Sammy Davis Jr. covers, presented a one-man show titled Sammy & Me, and racked up an impressive list of awards including the Helen Hayes and Salt Awards. In the early '00s he shifted his attention from Broadway to Sin City with Vegas! The Show, a celebratory revue billed as "the only show in Vegas about Vegas". The production was a huge success, earning him Broadway World Awards in both 2011 and 2012 for Best Performance by a Lead Actor. Young returned to the stage in 2014 with Shakin': Classic Vegas Remixed with a Twist, an updated version of his first Vegas production that includes even more booty-shaking energy and soul than its predecessor.
