When I heard that Zedd would be in the area, I was beyond excited! Bought tickets for me and my roommate the moment they went on sale! I'm not such a David Guetta fan but like I said, I finally just wanted to see Zedd. First, they won't allow you to even bring something as simple as a glowstick inside. And not even eyedrops? In the height of allergy season? Okay I understand the safety and all but come on! Next the venue was on the college campus so a bunch of 18 year olds came flocking to the show that didn't give a beep about who the artists were. I have gone to many a EDM event in my life and even during a Borgore show there was less pushing and shoving, especially from people who obviously wanted to be up front just to be up front. Zedd came out, he was amazing. I have nothing negative to say about Zedd. David Guetta on the other hand, I wasn't expecting much, but I was still disappointed. The visuals were boring, the set itself did not get me pumped up. The drops were weak, and the songs were dragged out. All in all, if it wasn't for Zedd I would have not gone at all. Also they stop serving alcohol at a ridiculously early hour especially for a show that ends at 11pm. And it would have been nice during David Guetta's set (since obviously it wasn't that big of a party) to have been able to sit at a table with a drink and just watch. And overall the crowd was dead. I took a few videos and every time I panned out over the crowd it looked dead as if between sets. I have actually seen more exciting crowds after a show has ended than this one during the show.
