Great show! Very goof especially the combined forces of May and DSO

Detroit Techno legend with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra...do you really need to me to tell you how great it was. OK, it was great.

This show was absolutely amazing. Derrick May never disappoints but having the DSO there with him was perfection. I highly encourage anyone with an interest in electronic music to see a show like this. It's not your typical electronic vibe (no candy kids or obnoxious people that are there just to party). It was exactly what I had hoped it would be.

As a fan of both the Techno/House and Classic genres, I was thoroughly pleased to experience the fusion of the two. Chene Park was the perfect venue as the elements (clouds, wind, water) seemed to complement the music. Definitely should be a yearly event.

The music was fantastic! I took my spouse and our 3 kids. It was our first time seeing the DSO and I thought Derrick May would spice things up a bit. He did! The only problem was the crowd. People didn't settle into their seats right away. They would just stand in the isles chatting, blocking the view of those of us trying to enjoy the show. People would come and stand right in front of you to take some video or a few photos. I was amazed at how inconsiderate they were being. The workers hired at chene park should have had some control, but they had none, or just didn't care. Without the rude behavior of half of the crowd, the show deserves 5 stars.
