Cameron Carpenter and Columbus Symphony Orchestra were just phenomenal! Amazing evening!
Perhaps the Ohio Theater has better acoustics, but the listening experience at the Palace was not what I expected from a symphony performance. The loudspeakers dominated, and it felt like I was listening to a mediocre recording.
Tony DeSare & CSO did a wonderful job making Valentine's Day very enjoyable.
Tony Desares brought the songs of Frank Sinatra to a Columbus audience with flair, tenderness, creativity, and beauty.
My wife and I attended the Friday night performance and what a memorable performance it was: we’ve attended many CSO concerts and this one was by far the best of them all. I can’t put into words exactly how the music sounded, other than to say that it was flawless, uplifting and brilliantly performed. My wife and I haven’t always enjoyed the CSO shows we’ve seen, including the first winter fest this year. But this show, this performance was captivating and breathtaking, and we will certainly be attending more CSO performances in the near future.
The music was super good and beautiful even though my seats were towards the top. I must applaud the acoustics of the environment as well as the music and the very talented musicians. What a gorgeous venue too! It was well worth the price and my time and I would recommend time and time again because I truly had a splendid time. Thank you all!
Fantastic, Columbus Symphony was amazing as usual.
It was my first experience with the Columbus Symphony, and my first visit to The Ohio Theater. The theater is beautiful, and the experience was incredible! I definitely would love to experience another event.
What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon! The performance by the Columbus Symphony was stellar! I found myself watching them more than the movie! My only regret is that I did not attend the first three of this series...but you can be assured that I WILL NOT miss any in the future!
