Chance the Arm Tickets

This was my first time hearing Lauren Anderson, is an amazing singer with a deep soulful quality to her voice. I practically ran to her table to buy a CD. Chance the Arm was awesome, as always. My only disappointment is they only have one CD, and I already own it. The Musical Blades!!! As fantastic as the evening already was, the Blades took the place by storm! Not only talented musicians, they are hilarious entertainers as well. This was a show that was not to be missed! I am so glad I had the opportunity to attend.

It was Another Great Show at the VooDoo Lounge. The energy just kept building through the entire night. Chance the Arm dished out it's usual amped up Irish frenzy and Lauren Anderson was the surprise of the night. Bluesy, Soulful, and driven. The Musical Blades rocked with a blend of new and old. A few previews of the upcoming all-original-songs CD, (set for release later this year), a generous helping of fan favorites, and some well timed 'Toasts' kept the crowd singing, dancing, and drinking right up the finale, with all the musicians on stage. The VooDoo shows kick off the Ren season in the Spring and close the season in the Fall. This crew never disappoints.

I love the Musical Blades (to tell you how much, I have traveled from Michigan to see their Voodoo show, multiple times). They always outdo themselves. Excellent musicians, awesome show. They never fail to please. I always wake up the next day hoarse from screaming, with sore hands from clapping and aching legs from standing. And it's all worth it!!! I also quite enjoy Chance the Arm. They're foot stomping Irish fun. Voodoo is, as always, an enjoyable professional venue. Your staff are always friendly and polite (indeed, they often seem to go out of their way to greet those of us who come in pirate garb). Had not seen Lauren Anderson before but enjoyed her also. All in all, well worth the time and money, and that includes the travel time and expenses.

The Blades killed the show once again!!! Their powerful voices, energy and enthusiasm will make you dance all night long. They performed a nice mix of fan favorite rowdy songs and pub chants plus they debuted a few new original songs. They know how to make the audience feel they are a part of the show. Check these guys out and you will not be disappointed.

What a night! We had not heard Lauren before but halfway through her set, I was getting chills. The lady is fantastic. Chance the Arm are always amazing. Spirited music that keeps you jumping. Class act. Musical Blades were the reason we made the 7 hour drive. There isn't enough good things that can be said. They are high- energy, fun, never fail to surprise and always engage their audience.

Musical Blades- They came they saw they kicked some serious butt! Chance the arm - Take your vitamins and hydrate they will keep you dancing all night long! Lauren Anderson- shes got a great set of pipes im not a big blues fan but I am a Lauren Anderson fan.
