The 39 Steps was Exceptional!!!!
Ames Center - Burnsville
The show was very well done, and so fun and funny. Each character held their own, and no one stood out more than another. They all put in 100% each night I saw it(I came twice). Great talent with the 4 actors!

Great Actors Questionable Script
Ames Center - Burnsville
My friend and I saw this show over the weekend. The actors were fantastic but we were completely lost by the script and had a hard time following the story. It seemed as if the play were all over the place then they reveal what the 39 Steps are but by then we really didn't care anymore. The seating wasn't all that great either. The chairs were comfortable but the risers were not high enough so we couldn't see over the heads of the people in front. We missed seeing some of the props and action because the view was poor. Again, the actors did a fabulous job, were energetic and very engaging but the story line was truly poor.

Don't bother
Ames Center - Burnsville
The play started out fairly good especially the train scene. But, oh my goodness, the story just collapsed and was confusing and frankly really really stupid. The seats were comfortable, but there was this super annoying light in the middle of the stage that was like the sun shining in-your-face. Thank goodness they moved it before the play started. Kudos to the cast who all really gave it their all and clearly are talented, but this was the worst play we've ever seen. One woman was laughing really loud at absolutely everything. She was the only one laughing. We figured she was a friend or relative of one of the actors. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Thoroughly Enjoyable Show!
Ames Center - Burnsville
Although I am an avid theatregoer, this was my first time attending a Chameleon Theatre Circle production. Admittedly, I went in with low expectations and was expecting talent more aligned with community theatre than Broadway. I was not just "pleasantly surprise," but closer to blown away! The production was absolutely wonderful - on par with the production I saw off-Broadway. And the intimate theatre setting really allowed the audience to connect on a near-personal level with both the cast and the musicians. Although this was my first experience with this company, it will certainly not be my last. 5 stars (from a rather harsh critic!)

Not exactly what I thought it would be
Ames Center - Burnsville
This show was just "OK." I thought it would be more improv, but it was all scripted. Songs were pretty good. The show was almost too long at almost 2 hours.

Avenue Q is hilaurious!
Ames Center - Burnsville
Avenue Q was laugh out loud funny! The songs are something I will never forget. The show really captures so many adult issues that could never be addressed in any other way. I recommend everyone see this show!

Fantastic
Ames Center - Burnsville
Show was amazing! Avenue Q is hilarious, but not for children. They only had alcohol available for purchase and cash only which was not the greatest. Otherwise, it's funny for all adult ages.

Best time at the theatre! Rocky Horror
Ames Center - Burnsville
Pink seats, drag queens, transvestites, cats, minions... What more could you want? Best interactive show I have ever seen! Would have went more than once if I didn't go the last weekend.

Laughed until my sides hurt!
Ames Center - Burnsville
Chameleon Theatre continues to shine! I have attended four of their plays and always have a wonderful time. I just don't want the show to end. Attended Rocky Horror with a friend of mine who had see the movie several times and she was amazed how this small theatre group captured every element so perfectly. A fun night!!!

Rocky Horror Show was fantastic!
Ames Center - Burnsville
Wouldn't expect to find this uninhibited, over the top theater outside the "city", but this show is all that! Well worth the drive! Excellent cast and creative team to celebrate the 40 th anniversary of the movie. This is the stage musical that started it all!
