Bob Nelson was good but with the exception of Melvin George the show was lame! As a long time fan of Bobs, Fluff was the name of the game. Fill in comedy was not comedy. No one laughed at the girl dressed like a man.
comics were not funny, Bob had some funny moments, but over all is was bad
Overall, this show was just ok. The acts before Bob Nelson were not very good at all. The skit with the female comic was absolutely annoying. Bob Nelson was funny as he always is but the acts before were so dragged out that I actually wanted to leave. Im glad I stuck it out, but night could've been better without the starting acts, and if Bob Nelson appeared by himself!
One word...awful. Bob was ok but I would have liked to see some new material. The other comics were fair. The girl was terrible and her act was only offensive,not a joke in sight. We were disappointed.
This comic genius has been doing it better than anyone else for over 30 years ! If you like classic slapstick comedy with the best original hair brain personalities Bob Nelson is your man !
venue was pretty empty, management should have allowed us to sit comfortably elsewhere in venue instead of all on top of each other with no space for legs, coats, purses, cocktails. 1st comedian was so so and kept promoting how great he was, should have let us decided that on our own especially since his act needs work. To say, "I don't usually open up", was disrespectful to the other comedians. Bob and Rain (?sp) were GREAT!!! wish they were up longer. tx, c
We saw Bob in the 90's and knew taking our 9 year son to see him he would love him. Bob was fantastic and even stop to talk , take a picture and sign a DVDs. Can't wait to see him again.He was great we loved him.
MC of the show not that funny but Mike Jacobs and Bob Nelson were great...very funny...excellent venue...would visit to see another show again anytime.
Bob was great, glad he's coming back to LI, hope to see him more once he's back for good!
Bob Nelson was great. He still has it! I loved the stories about what inspired him and some of his bits.
