Directions

North (Bartlesville and Skiatook) -
Proceed on US Highway 75 South to the 1st Street exit. Exit 1st Street and travel west to Denver Avenue. Turn left at Denver Avenue and travel south two blocks. The BOK Center will be on the right.

North (Owasso, Collinsville, and Nowata)-
Proceed on US Highway 169 South to the right side exit marked I-244/US-412 West. Continue west on Interstate Highway 244/US Highway 412 West to the 1st Street exit. Exit right to 1st Street Downtown and travel west to Denver Avenue. Turn left at Denver Avenue and travel south two blocks. The BOK Center will be on the right.

East (Catoosa, Claremore, Joplin and Northwest Arkansas)

Follow Interstate Highway 44/US Highway 412 West to the junction with Interstate Highway 244 West. Exit right on to Interstate Highway 244/US Highway 412 West. Proceed west to the 1st Street exit. Exit right to 1st Street Downtown and travel west to Denver Avenue. Turn left at Denver Avenue and travel south two blocks. The BOK center will be on the right.

Southeast (Broken Arrow, Wagoner and Muskogee) -
Proceed on State Highway 51 (Broken Arrow Expressway) West to the Detroit Avenue Downtown exit. Exit right to Detroit Avenue and travel north to 3rd Street. Turn left at 3rd Street and travel west approximately six blocks. The BOK Center will be on the right.


Far South ( Jenks, Bixby, Glenpool, and Okmulgee) -
Proceed on US Highway 75 North to the 7th Street Downtown exit. Exit 7th Street and travel east past the intersections of Southwest Boulevard and Houston Avenue, and diverge left to 6th Street. Continue traveling east on 6th Street to Denver Avenue. Turn left at Denver Avenue and travel north three blocks. The BOK Center will be on the left


Southwest (Oklahoma City) -
Follow Interstate Highway 44 East to the junction with Interstate Highway 244. Exit left on Interstate Highway 244 East and proceed to the 7th Street Downtown exit. Exit 7th Street and travel east past the intersections of Southwest Boulevard and Houston Avenue. Diverge left to 6th Street. Continue traveling east on 6th Street to Denver Avenue. Turn left at Denver Avenue and travel three blocks north. The BOK Center will be on the left.

West (Sand Springs, Stillwater and Ponca City) -
Follow US Highway 412/US Highway 64/State Highway 51 East to the junction with Interstate Highway 244. Travel east on Interstate Highway 244/US Highway 412 East and exit left to Cincinnati/Detroit Avenue. Turn right at Cincinnati Avenue (first traffic signal). Proceed south on Cincinnati Avenue to 1st Street. Turn right on 1st Street and travel to Denver Avenue.
Turn left at Denver Avenue and travel two blocks south. The BOK Center will be on the right.

Tulsa International Airport -
Take State Highway 11 South to the junction with Interstate Highway 244/ US Highway 412. Proceed west on Interstate Highway 244/US Highway 412 West to the 1st Street exit. Exit right to 1st Street Downtown and travel west to Denver Avenue. Turn left at Denver Avenue and travel south two blocks. The BOK Center will be on the right.


Parking

BOK Center does not own or operate any parking areas. There are over 9,000 available parking spots within a ten-minute walk of the arena. All privately-owned lots determine the rate for parking, and City of Tulsa requires an $8 per car charge for public parking. After 5pm all on-street metered parking is free. Please use the information below to help plan your visit to downtown Tulsa.

Box Office Hours

Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Evening, weekend and holiday hours vary according to event schedules.

Types of Payment Accepted

The box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

Accessible Seating

BOK Center meets or exceeds all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Restrooms, drinking fountains, phones, Bank of Oklahoma ATM’s and counters are accessible to guests with disabilities.

Wheelchair accessible seats are available in all price levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating.

Patrons with disabilities may be dropped off on West 3rd Street between Denver Avenue and Frisco Avenue by the south entrance to the BOK Center and the Arby’s Box Office. Some events at the BOK Center may have the City of Tulsa Police Department directing traffic to and from the BOK Center. When an event calls for this, Disabled Guests may be directed to 1st and Denver by a Tulsa Police Officer.

Listening devises may be checked out, free of charge, at the Guest Services desks located at each of the main entrances. A valid I.D. is required to ensure the return of equipment.

The BOK Center can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event and be approved by the performer. The BOK Center offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from their seats. Please contact a Guest Relations representative for assistance. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during an event, please notify the nearest staff member.

General Rules

Outside food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic beverages included) may not be brought into the BOK Center.

For most events, at the request of the artists and/or leagues, cameras (specifically cameras with professional/detachable lenses and flash) are not permitted. The BOK Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are prohibited during all events. The specific camera policy for an event can be found on the event page for that show.

Children Rules

Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. However, in order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required. Some shows intended for young children (i.e., Sesame Street Live) require children over the age of one to have a ticket. To inquire about specific events, please call (918) 894-4200.

Miscellaneous

In accordance with Tulsa City ordinances, smoking is prohibited in all public areas at the BOK Center including the arena and concourses. A smoking area has been provided outside, east of the box office and across from section 119.

Prohibited Items: We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search, which includes metal detecting hand wands upon entry. For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:
•Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
•Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras, tripods
•Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
•Fireworks
•Flags/Signs with poles
•Laser pens/pointers of any type
•Noisemakers such as air horns
•Outside food or drinks
•Oversized bags, backpacks, duffel bags or diaper bags
•Pepper spray/Mace
•Weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms and spiked jewelry
•Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management.
