The box office is open weekdays from 10am to 4pm. On event days, the box office opens approximately 2 and 1/2 hours before kickoff.

All Guests will be subject to search, which may include the use of electronic devices, pat downs, and inspections of bags. PayPal Park prohibits all bags, backpacks from being brought into the stadium with the following exceptions: Approved clear bags no larger than 12 x 12 x 6, Small Clutch Bag or non-clear fanny pack ( 4.5x 6.5). Diaper bags accompanying a child will be permitted upon verification by entry staff. One diaper bag permitted per family. * Shoes & shirts are required at all times within the building. * No audio or video recorders are allowed in the stadium for any event. * There is no smoking allowed anywhere inside the stadium. * Strollers, umbrellas, and noisemakers are not permitted inside PayPal Park. All ages are welcome. For most events, no ticket is required for ages 0-35 months, as long as they do not require a seat of their own.
