AMA Flat Track was true family fun!

It was cool to be able to go into the pit area and "rub shoulders" with today's AMA stars. I would love to see this event continue annually!

by smd67 on 9/1/15Charlotte Motor Speedway - ConcordGreat time watching flat track racing, an incredibly underrated type of purely American motorcycle racing. My only negative was the track ws having some problems so passing was limited which made it slightly less exciting. Facilities were excellent with easy access to I-85. Stopped for fried chicken at Mr. C's on the way (really good).

It would have been nicer to have some more options to choose from. The racing was fun to watch, but we got there way too early. the event was slow to start and only the last three races were worth watching. Over all, $65 for a ticket was way over priced for this event.
