Directions

Road construction is underway on I-43 (Rock Freeway) and CTH D near the Alpine Valley Music Theater. This construction will impact those traveling to and from the Jimmy Buffett Concert on June 25th. Some portions of I-43 are down to one lane and the speed limit is reduced to 55mph in those areas. Speed limits are strictly enforced by law enforcement.

CTH D is closed if you are coming from the WEST. This will not affect those attendees who are using Hwy D from the EAST. Delays are expected with this show due to the construction delays and the amount of persons attending the concert (estimate of 30 thousand patrons).

Recommended alternate routes include Hwy 120 and Hwy 11.

Please allow yourself extra time to get to the performance, and be patient with other drivers around you after the show ends. Law enforcement will guide you in both ingress/egress from the venue. Follow their instructions please.

Parking

Early Parking Lot Entry: We charge $20 for cars and $50 for limos or oversized vehicles for entry to the parking lots prior to the schedule lot time. Cash only – day of onsite.

General Parking:
A parking fee is included in the price of your ticket unless otherwise noted.

VIP Parking:
VIP Parking is located close to the front gates and is held until show time.
Look for our VIP Parking signs or ask a parking attendant when you arrive at the venue. We'll be more than happy to point you in the right direction!
VIP Parking is available for an additional charge of $30.00.

Limo/Bus/RV/Oversized Vehicle Parking:
Taking a limo, bus, or RV to the show? We've got room for you too!
Limo Parking is available for an additional charge of $75.00.
Oversized Vehicle Parking (including all types of Busses and RV’s, Campers, Vehicles with trailers, etc.) is available for an additional charge of $100.00.

All Parking Passes can be purchased in advance online and on the day of the show in our parking lots (subject to availability.)

Box Office Hours

The Box Office opens at 3:00 PM on the days of shows only.

Types of Payment Accepted

The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash.

Will Call

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office at 3:00 PM on the day of the show. Customers must present a valid photo ID.

General Rules

Drugs, alcohol, and fireworks are not allowed into the facility.

Camera Policy:

Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.

Children Rules

Children sitting on their parents lap do not require a ticket. Strollers are not permitted in the theatre due to the steep terrain.
