Tickets stated 7 pm to 8:30 pm. I used those times to book an anniversary dinner at 9 pm. We had to leave at 8:50 pm to make it to dinner on time and there were more fights causing us to miss the main events. We were only able to see the first 3 fights. Not too please about this.
Fun event. Would do again. Venue ok, needed more entrances/exits and lay-out is flat verses sloped but all in all fun.
Absolutely terrible, music way to loud, flashing lights in your eyes most of the time, way to much time between bouts in first four matches. Parking & facilities very good. Should have had more flavor selections on beer, I know they were main sponsors
lots of bars to choose from... decent card.... but.... several mismatches and worst of all start time was almost 8 PM when it was announced as 7PM. Selling more booze that way?
The crowd was great. Good music between fights. I just expected the ring to be surrounded by the auditorium for better viewing.
The quality of fighters and obvious mismatched skill levels was embarrasing. There was more attention being paid to the nationallity of the fighters than any sport I have ever wittnessed. It was sad to see people in America acting like they were in a third world country. That being said. I left after the sixth bout because the sound system was so damn loud I couldn't take it anymore. And NO I won't be going back to this area for any sport EVER.
I don't think that this event was advertised as should have been, but it was ok. I think it was done in the wrong place.
first time attending a boxing event with my son. we had a great time and would go again want to sit ringside next time
