Greta Van Fleet in Concert
In three years, Greta Van Fleet went from touring the grimy rock bars of Detroit and Saginaw to headlining shows on five continents with audiences triple their hometown’s population. The band that once attracted crowds of teens to improvised forest concerts, have now sold over one million tickets worldwide. Stadiums in Italy are a far cry from a field strewn with pick-up trucks, framed by the canopy of tall coniferous trees, where they learned to love an audience. Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheater is a world away from the tiny Midwestern bars where they got their start (before they were even of legal drinking age). From Frankenmuth to a tour bus across America, then their first ever flight to Europe, their newest album The Battle at Garden’s Gate, released April 16, 2021, is a reflection of their journey into the present.
So many have been positioned as the future, we’ve forgotten how to recognize the real thing. Expectations may run high, but Greta Van Fleet is indifferent to opinion. The band doesn’t have to say a certain thing or act a certain way to convince anyone of their capacity. All they have to do is play.
I went to see this show because it is my teenage daughter's favorite band. I was very impressed with the music and their show. They utilized both stages which I thought was very awesome! The band was on stage performing for over 2 hours! Excellent experience!!
I’ve seen this band multiple times and each time is always better than the last. They never cease to amaze me with their dedication and the amount of time spent on their tours and planning. I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to see them grow and I hope to continue to do so.

My daughter shared Greta with me a few years ago, knowing that I am a long time fan of Zepplin. I’ll be a fan for life. Josh, Jake , and Sam, along with Daniel, have truly found the recipe. Stage presence and interaction with the fans was awesome. Audio, lights, atmosphere. We’re all top tier in my opinion. Hard-core rock ‘n’ roll experience at its finest, and I cannot wait to see them again somewhere down the road.

It's been a long time since I've been to a full on Rock concert. Greta delivered on all aspects - music, staging, and crowd interaction. Solid 2 hours of music. This was my first time seeing them live. Definitely won't be the last.
Show was great and the band was awesome but the venue didn’t do a great job making sure people knew where to go or that once they got there they went to the right place, several people had to get out of their line right before getting in and go to the back of a different line
