Morgan Wallen first gained recognition when he completed a stint as a competitor on The Voice in 2014. The Tennessee-born artist continued to refine his sound over the next few years, signing to the indie label Panacea Records and co-writing songs with stars like Jason Aldean. When Wallen’s debut studio album If I Know Me arrived in 2018, everything changed — the album debuted in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200, and propelled him to country stardom. Since then, Wallen’s whiskey-soaked anthems and emotional ballads (including the Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit “Last Night”) have dominated the charts. Wallen’s multi-platinum second album Dangerous: The Double Album (2021) became the longest-running Top 10 album for a solo artist in Billboard 200 history, and his 2022 Dangerous Tour broke multiple attendance records, selling 839,704 tickets. After releasing his record-breaking third album, 2023’s One Thing at a Time, Wallen embarked on a massive tour, headlining arenas and stadiums.

The Morgan Wallen concert at Thunder Ridge exceeded my expectations! The venue was beautiful! It was my husband’s first concert and the bar was set high for any future concerts. We stay near Thunder Ridge every year for Memorial Day weekend and look forward to being able to attend a concert every year.
Morgan Wallen put on an amazing show! I was less excited about the opening acts. It was worth every penny though to see Morgan Wallen! I would definitely go again!
Getting to the venue was good. Lauren Watkins opened first and was a good start. Nate Smith came next. He was great. There was about a 30 minute intermission before Parker McCollum came. He was good. There was an hour intermission before Morgan started, but it was worth it. It was fun singing along to the entire setlist, which I knew all. It was worth the wait after he canceled it last year. He sang his unreleased single "Lies, Lies, Lies". It was a bit chilly but that's expected at night, and the light bracelets were a fun addition. I was surprised he went beyond 11 pm (when it normally ends), though he did start around 9:15 pm so I guess it makes sense to go the full 2 hours. Overall, it was a great concert and I had so much fun, and will see him again if he comes back to NJ but hopefully NYC next time.
Morgan Wallen is the real deal and a great entertainer.
Absolutely loved this concert! Morgan did not disappoint! My only disappointment was with parking. I paid for preferred parking and was directed to park in bfe after asking twice where preferred parking was. It was convenient that they offered tram rides however I wish I hadn’t spent the extra $75. Outside of that everything was perfect! We had an amazing time!
This was my second event here- the first being Garth Brooks and I gave that a lot of leeway because it was the first event at a new venue etc. for this event I have to say even though Morgan was 35 mins late starting he did a great job and I have no complaints on his part. The venue however has me saying I may never go back. They didn’t improve anything. Paying for parking AGAIN for BASIC parking ended up being $66.50 and they didn’t even scan parking passes again for this event so there’s money out of the peoples pockets. Plus the new parking areas lead out to one lane roads at a venue that houses 20,000 people. They also over parked vehicles in parking lots since they didn’t scan parking tickets and people couldn’t get out due to overflow. Another major issue is again 20k people and only two entrances with metal detectors and then you go to a different area to get your ticket scanned. There should be multiple entrances and you get under the metal detector and immediately get your ticket scanned. Prices there are ungodly high at $18 a beer but that’s almost any event now so I won’t say that particularly against them. They have great concerts lined up but when it takes you HOURS to get out just to go home it’s more of a hassle.
The concert was amazing. The parking at Thunder ridge was a nightmare.

The show was awesome! MW was full of energy and sounded on point. The set list has been changed up from last year so that was great. The venue was beautiful! I did miss his stories this time!
Morgan was incredible!! Venue was completely horrible. Nobody knew what was going on or where to line up, there were no workers to be found. Gates didn’t open on time. Food was abysmal with very few choices. Throughout the performance, people were standing on chairs all around us, making it impossible to see anything! Security did nothing, if there was any. As we walked out of the venue, the entire lawn was covered in trash! What kind of world are we living in? Thankfully we had “Preferred Parking”, so we could zip on out. Nope, we sat in the parking lot at the end of the one lane road for 2 ½ hours- nothing moved. No security, no phone number to call. We live 30 minutes away and didn’t get home until 3am! But again, I will follow Morgan Wallen anywhere, he is worth it!
