It was 96° in Dallas that day and at 7:30 for the show it was stuffy and hot inside. It was distracting to see so many people having to fan themselves with their playbills to stay cool. It was uncomfortable and made the show less enjoyable unfortunately. The hallways and open areas were cooler than the theater was. Shame to spend that much on tickets and be miserable. I was wearing a sleeveless dress and still hot!

by AL on 5/20/24Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House - Dallas2nd time watching Hamilton. Went with my teenage son this time which was his first time seeing it. He loved the updated dance move the actors did in the show. Thomas Jefferson doing the griddy was pretty hilarious. Great singing but they did have some technical difficulties with mics cutting out. Still loved the energy of the show.

George Washington’s character was so powerful and enlightening. Loved the portrayal of Alexander Hamilton and the story he told. Enjoyed laughing with King George and his songs. The Winspear Opera House was an excellent venue!

Dare I say, this may be the best cast I’ve seen! Everyone was incredible . Thomas Jefferson was perfect. Hamilton was amazing . Washington was fantastic.
