Next, you will receive an email approximately one (1) week prior to the show with instructions on how to redeem all elements of your VIP Experience Package. If you purchased this package less than two (2) weeks prior to the show, you will receive an informational email 24 to 72 hours prior to the show with the details about the VIP Experience Package. Please be sure to check your email at least 24 hours prior to the show to ensure you have the most up to date information.

VIP Experience Packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. To redeem all elements of your VIP order (other than tickets) you must present your receipt, valid picture ID matching the purchaser's name on this order, and credit card at the VIP check-in. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
