Unprepared

As someone who was eagerly looking forward to the event, the excitement of attending the game was indeed the highlight of my day. However, this excitement quickly turned into disappointment upon arrival. Despite investing $86 for a ticket, my experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, the lack of adequate preparation by the staff was evident, as I found myself standing in line for an exorbitant amount of time just to purchase a beer. In fact, it took me a staggering four innings to finally get served, causing me to miss out on a significant portion of the game. The inefficiency of the staff and the overall disorganization of the event was truly disheartening. It's bewildering to think that such a widely anticipated game, which had been planned for a year, could be executed so poorly. The long lines, frustrated attendees, and general chaos detracted greatly from what should have been an enjoyable experience. In essence, I feel as though I wasted both my time and money on an event that failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I sincerely hope that measures will be taken to address these issues in future events to ensure a more positive experience for all attendees.
