    Jordan!

by TopKittie on 5/20/24YouTube Theater - Inglewood

After a slow start, Jordan builds up and never ceases to up his game. A good night, especially in leftist LA which needs more like Jordan on a constant basis. Was nice to see a majority of minorities there as well.

    Disappointed

by Ruby on 5/19/24YouTube Theater - Inglewood

Thursday night's show did not sell out as we were told by the attendant. So we were given alternate seats which were horrible. My original ticket was for balcony first row and we ended up sitting on the ground level farthest corner. Definitely not happy

We Need More Lectures Like This…

by jdevine85140 on 5/19/24Arizona Financial Theatre - Phoenix

I highly recommend going to see Dr. Peterson speak. If you have not heard him lecture, you are missing out. His lectures are deep and thought-provoking with a bit of humor sprinkled in. He inspires one to think deeper and become a better person.

    I, too, wrestle with God

by Doris on 5/19/24YouTube Theater - Inglewood

What a blessing to be there for so many reasons: the diversity of the audience, the sound system, the genuine ability for Dr.Peterson to reach his audience with information they can use right away…Amazing. Ordered his book. AIM UP!

    Never again

by KL on 5/19/24YouTube Theater - Inglewood

I was sooo disappointed. I only heard Jordan speak in YouTube videos and I was so looking forward to seeing him and hearing what he has to say but once he got up on stage he was just rembeling words about the Bible and how god can save you… didn’t understand half of what he was saying and left the show 30 minutes in because he was so bad. Never again!

    More than I expected

Wonderful, with effortless ease Dr. Peterson as always takes on the most seemingly of difficult questions and gives the easiest and most understandable answer.

    Jordan Peterson rocks!

by Anna M on 5/18/24YouTube Theater - Inglewood

I’ve been listening to Dr. Petersons podcasts off and on for a few years now so seeing him in person was quite a treat! The man is brilliant and, even if you don’t agree with everything he says, he does make you think. He has been influential in my adult sons life and he almost got a little emotional realizing that this might be the last time he sees Dr. Peterson in person as he walked off stage.

    Sad

by James on 5/18/24YouTube Theater - Inglewood

Sad to see what Jordan Peterson has become. Rather than an intellectual discussion of psychological theory, which is what I perhaps naively expected his lecture to be, it was a decidedly Christian event, attended almost entirely by white Christians (nothing against them - but this was a very specific audience with very specific behaviors, dress code, expectations, etc) who responded to every single turn of phrase that could ostensibly be interpreted as a "dog whistle"- i.e. positive mentions of God or Christ, and negative mentions of "what is happening in this country." On top of that, the whole event began with Peterson hawking his son's software and his daughter rambling about her recent conversion to Christianity after a moment of enlightenment that occurred on the toilet, wherein she realized she was a horrible person. None of it was scripted or planned, not even JBP's lecture. He struggled to arrive at a salient point. When he finished, there was hardly any applause, as he had not quite delivered what his Christian audience or his psychology audience had wanted. He seems to have suffered some kind of cognitive decline and seems also to have fallen into some unsavory dynamics with attention seeking -- perhaps having an audience is his Ring of Power, his precious he cannot let go.
