YOUNG THUG in Concert
YOUNG THUG is one of popular music’s most charismatic and crowd-pleasing live performers. 2017 was huge for him. In June, the visionary multi-art form superstar released solo album Beautiful Thugger Girls, and not to be content, followed it up with a couple of huge collaborations. First featuring on Camila Cabello’s global smash and multi-platinum ARIA #1 single Havana and secondly, hooking up with fellow Atlanta MC superstar Future on new album Super Slimey.

I’ve been to quite a few concerts and festivals, and this by far was my favorite, yes I have a little bias because Thugger is my favorite artist but it seriously was such an amazing concert. 10/10
MGK concert was really good. He put on a show worth the money. The venue was very easy to access, parking was easy, getting inside was easy. We had great seats for the price and security didn’t bother anyone that moved closer when the show began. We will go to NRG Area again soon for concerts.
Machine Gun Kelly & Young Thug put on an amazing show! It was such a great experience.
Line up everywhere was wrong and we missed Polo g. Drove 4 hours for nothing. Happy NOT-A birthday!
The atmosphere was incredible! The music sounded great and everyone was so excited. I would definitely go see MGK and Young Thug again. This was my sons birthday gift so we traveled from out of town and it was by far the best concert we went to!
Kells made my night the best night of my life and one i will never forget. That man makes my heart so whole. Best performer ever. Seen him 14 times and can’t wait to see him again.
A woman went to show us our seats and seen someone was obviously in our seat when we asked what to do she told us to just deal with it. Made it hard to enjoy the concert because we had to sit in some random seat
Just a really great show. They did their thing. Was way closer than I though I would be & everything was great. Spilled my beer on myself but besides that 🙃

It was very easy to find our seats. The setup of the arena is very good. Young thug and machine gun kelly were amazing and it was an amazing show!
This review has nothing to do with the artist but rather the venue! There was nothing listed on their site about parking prices. When we got there, parking was an additional $10-$20 depending on where you wanted to park and they would only accept cash. The line got backed up cause tons of us had to park on the sides and run in to the venues atm to get cash. There was no other parking for miles around so we had no choice but to pay for parking there. it put a little damper on the evening right from the get-go. They definitely need to better streamline this!
My only complaint is that they shut our section down and we didn't get replaced with seats that were as good.
Highly upset that our section was closed, stage had to be moved forward. And we was not as close as we was supposed to have been from the get go. Overall, it was a great experience. Seats just sucked.
Machine Gun Kelly was amazing! His backdrop and props were phenomenal! The acoustics and sound were perfect! The Anthem was a beautiful venue! The bars were well stocked and the bartenders/ staff were friendly and efficient. The seating and view was great! Every single staff person I encountered went out of their way to help and be courteous, beginning with the Will-call booth, the greeters outside, the scanning security inside and ID checkers to the bartenders and seating helpers. I don’t think I could’ve found my seat without the amazing lady that helped us! The beginning act wasn’t great and their mics weren’t right, it seemed like they were just yelling at the mic, but that was not The Anthems fault. Overall, this was the best concert I’ve been to and will definitely see MGK again and hopefully see a show at The Anthem again! My only suggestion is to mark the merchandise table more clearly. It was difficult to see what was for sale.
Not the best venue, but the drinks were great and the performance was pretty great. This is not the best place for general admission as everyone obviously pushes their way forward. All in all I had a blast!!
Machine Gun Kelly was amazing as always. Hands down the best live performer I've ever seen, and I've been to my fair share of concerts.
The stage set up; lighting, sound, props, and other stage-related aspects was great and boosted the experience!! Young Thug did outstanding!! MGK could have chose better LIT songs to play, but he was still good. If I could make one suggestion, if an artist like Young Thug is performing, the stage should have a piece where it sticks out towards the audience, creating more of an interaction with the fans, instead of the stage being a flat-regular style. Overall, my friends and I had a great time and definitely are looking forward to the next concerts to come!
Was a great concert parking was easy to find for my parking pass as well as the vent and the tickets are easy to maneuver the website and scan the tickets into the event overall five star rating
Machine Gun Kelly and Young Thug were both amazing live. I would definitely go see them again.
Kell’s always puts on a great show. A little weird being in a theatre. Not much room to do a lot but had a great time.
