About
The WWE is the world's largest wrestling promotion corporation. Founded by Jess McMahon and Toots Mondt in 1953 as Capitol Wrestling Corporation, the organization now hosts more than 500 events per year across the globe. In 1982, McMahon’s grandson Vincent K. McMahon bought Capitol Wrestling and was fundamental to turning the WWE into a widespread and enduring sports entertainment product.
Initially, McMahon built up the WWE roster with future superstars such as Hulk Hogan, Roddy Piper and Jesse Ventura and launched the organization’s annual marquee event, WrestleMania, in 1985. Over the years, WrestleMania has offered plenty of unforgettable moments like the Hulk Hogan-André the Giant championship match in 1987, the generation-shifting face-off between Bret Hart and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin in 1997 and The Undertaker’s 21-year winning streak at the event. The WWE will celebrate the 40th annual WrestleMania in 2024.
By the late ’80s and early ’90s, there was a full roster of hardcore brawlers, including Shawn Michaels, Hart, Ric Flair and "Macho Man" Randy Savage, who were later joined by a new crop of “Attitude Era” stars such as Steve Austin, The Rock, Triple H and Mankind as the organization grew into a touring juggernaut. Another infusion of talent joined the WWE during the late aughts and early ’10s, including John Cena, Roman Reigns, Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair, CM Punk, Brock Lesnar, Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey.
The WWE continued to reinvent itself as it created the separate Raw and SmackDown brands in 2002, launched various offshoot brands including the ECW and WWE NXT and introduced a 24/7 streaming network in 2014. The companies behind the WWE and mixed-martial arts promoter Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) merged into TKO Group Holdings in 2023.

We have been to a few events and to sit ringside for the first time was so surreal for us! My daughter almost cried. Watching at home and a live experience is something else but especially being ringside and so close it’s unlike anything else!! It was definitely worth the money and the vip ringsider package! Can’t wait for wwe to come back again!

Many of the matches were TV quality, but not really WrestleMania quality (in my opinion). To be frank, this reminded me why I only watch the classic stuff on Peacock and avoid the current product.

The main event of night two was possibly the best five minutes in the history of the promotion. Such a big fan of every creative turn they made here. Highly recommended!

Stage and the show itself was. excellent.. O went both nights and the show presented to the fans was on another level. My only complain is where I was sitting on night 2. The are I was sitting tickets never mentioned about a column being in the middle of our view. For expensive tickets it should mention prior to selling the tickets that these area was limited view (Section 105 Row 1). These things should be considered when the WWE is selling the tickets. Anyway it is a great experience that hopefully can do again soon.

Getting into Lincoln Financial Field was a breeze from going through security to scanning our tickets. It was easy to find our seats and we had a great view even though they were labeled “obstructed view.” Wait times for concessions, merchandise, and bathrooms were extremely reasonable. The event itself was exciting and entertaining from the opening to close. The visuals were great and there was lots to look at from section 240. The WWE did a great job of finishing up story lines, while also adding twists with unexpected guests. It was a great Wrestlemania, one I won’t soon forget.
