White River Amphitheatre Premium Box Seats Tickets

This was our first concert at the White River Amphitheatre and many friends warned us about the traffic; some saying they would never attend another concert there. We went knowing traffic was going to be heavy but the biggest obstacle were the traffic lights. When you have that many cars you need to keep them moving; it took us almost 2 hours to go 9 miles. A solution would be to change all the intersections to roundabouts, this would keep traffic moving and still allow for traffic off of the side roads. We also had one of the box seats; fortunately we liked the people we shared the box with but the seating needs improvement and also the service; although we pushed the button for service we did not see a waitress until the concert was almost half way over and that was the second act or headliner. Unlike our friends we would go again but only for an act that we absolutely must see; it would have to be worth the time invested in making the trek.

I came here for the Pixies who were, of course, amazing! We were a bit disappointed when they were already playing when we arrived at 7:30 when the ticket had another opening act on it, but still got to catch most of the songs we wanted to sing along to. But Weezer blew it away! They put in an awesome show and we had a blast! Their sets, their special effects, their set list, everything was on point! The big downer of the night was the horrible service at the White River Amphitheatre!! We got box seats but wasn’t able to experience the benefits of food or drink service bc whenever we ordered something it never arrived. There are 7 soft pretzel and one chicken strips and fries orders still sitting there, I swear! One lady even took my credit card with my order and I had to track someone down to find it...they told me she had gotten sick so she went home. Anyway, we got our beer the old fashioned way, by standing in line, but with the cost of premium seats one shouldn’t have to miss a song to stand in line or find your taken credit card. But, at the end of the night, Weezer came out better than the WR Amphitheatre came out bad.
