    Amazing show

by M. on 2/24/20Delmar Hall - Saint Louis

These guys rocked from start to finish. Definitely put a lot into the show and left nothing on the table. Great interaction with the crowd. As a fan of theirs since their first album it was great to finally see them live. My only negative is they they didn’t play longer but I could have listened to every song of theirs twice and still wanted more.

Concerts like they used to be

by johndoesmusic on 11/2/18The Foundry - Philadelphia

How can you beat seeing a band as accomplished and respected as WWPJ in a space as intimate as if they just released their first EP?! The answer is you can't. This is the 7th time I've seen WWPJ. I traveled to this show from northern NJ and aside from a show at the Bowery, that edges this one out by a hair, this was the best show I've seen them do. It doesn't hurt that the stage set-up is right at eye level and that the band made themselves available after the show. AWESOME!!!!!

Always a great time with WWPJ

by Grainey on 11/25/14Paradise Rock Club - Boston

I saw We Were Promised Jetpacks on their first two tours through the U.S. and it's amazing to see how much they grown as a band and how their sound has evolved in the last 5 years or so. They still look a little stiff on stage at times, but they put on a hell of a show. The tracks from 'Unraveling mesh very well with their older tunes, and they have this fantastic ability to project their energy on the crowd. The Twilight Sad was the opener and they made me a fan right then and there. Aside from the great music, the Paradise Rock Club itself was underwhelming. the doors opened half an hour late, the venue reeked of spilled beer, there were Frat-boys heckling the band, and some coke heads trying to start their own mosh pit where people were just trying to relax and enjoy the show.
