Nice venue, but prepare to wait 1.5 hours to get in. I arrive about a mile away at 6:30pm for a 8pm show,missed the first band,left early because I didn’t want to get home at 1pm. I just don’t understand all the money that comes in and they can’t figure this out?
This is the worst venue! They sell you an “upgrade” that includes food & beverage credit if $25 that can only be used at select vendors & none of the vendors know which those are. Guest services did…the sushi truck is the ONLY food option & ALCOHOL is the only beverage option! They should be classified as a FRAUDULENT company trying as hard as they can to get our $$$ like this!!! Let’s not discuss the entry/exit which takes a minimum of an hour in & out. They should just close so we can all go to the Cal Coast Credit Union Amphitheater instead!!!!!!!!!!
Took an hour sitting in traffic to get into the parking lot. Have now been sitting for an hour to get out and have barely moved. Poorly planned and poorly run. Got out of Ohio Stafium w 106,000 people in half the time. Won’t ever come back here.
Took advantage of valet parking so my wife could be right at the entry for Evanesance and Lindsey Sterling date night. COX VIP Lounge was a great place to hang out before and after the concert, (little food buffet was great) the biggest issue is for after the concert the West gate closes early even though guest can stay at thelounge. No one told us that we had to walk around the outside of the venue back to the West side from the East gate, we were told no luck going across there is your exit, go left or right to your car. We will go again but park on the East entry side, since we will do the Cox Loinge again.
