    Must see!

    by AMS on 2/2/24

This musical is an accurate rendition of the story it is based on. It is fun, well paced, and full of hilarious jokes

    Nailed it

    by Whatyouseeisnotwhatyouget on 4/4/23

The thumbnail for the show gives the impression that you’re seeing the professional version of the show, the one you see when you google it. This version of show would be what happened if there was a Nailed It Theater show. in for lower expectations when the announcer said that it was an actor produced show. The set is made of white PVC pipes and plywood. Including the swords. Instead of a motorcycle, Ares rides a light up scooter. There’s a tractor painted on a piece of cardboard. Annabeth’s dagger looked like a duct tape wrapped paint stirrer. The “monsters” were like grade school art projects. My 9 year old looked at me at one point and whispered, I don’t think I’m supposed to find this as funny as I do. We enjoyed the show, but if I’d known that we were getting the low rent version of the show, I’d expect more low rent prices. Our local HS theater program puts on a more professional production.

Do not go with high expectations for the price you paid!

by Becca on 3/15/23The Oncenter Carrier Theater - Syracuse

This was horrible! We thought for $65 a ticket it would at least have a smidge of a bigger prop budget. They used a silver taped paint stick & plastic pvs tubes for weapons. The lighting was horrible, blinding and way off. The acting was not what you expect from "professionals". My daughter's middle school musical was WAY better and seemed to be working with a much more dedicated team of prop builders. For what was charged to see this show they could have put a little more effort into it. This was ridiculous to watch and take seriously. We will be doing our homework way better before buying any other tickets. We will also be telling everyone to be aware of this team of preformers. I am all about support, but come on care about the audience not just your paycheck!

    Awesome Show

by Joshua on 2/13/23Jesse Auditorium - Columbia

The show was fantastic. The program didn't have the current cast listed. The venue was awesome about communication for parking and the the show.

    Surprisingly fun!

by Sydney on 10/17/22Clowes Memorial Hall - Indianapolis

I wasn’t expecting this one to be a college performance, but they really pulled it off! They made great use of the limited number of performers to do quick costume and character switches between numbers, and they all looked like they were having fun. It was a great show.
