University of Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs Mens Hockey Tickets

The game was great. The ticket buying experience was fine. HOWEVER. There really should be some sort of disclaimer/warning on either Ticketmaster or the venue's website that "Family Section"means no alcohol. We ended up watching Saturday's game standing on the concourse so we could drink our beverages leisurely and not have to chug them in between periods just to have a seat. I would have looked for other seats if I'd know that the section I bought tickets for had a no-alcohol policy. I saw absolutely nothing on Ticketmaster or the DECC/Amsoil Arena website that mentioned this, so we were quite surprised when we were barred from our seats because we had drinks. I have no issue with the section having this policy, but having a warning somewhere to let people know when they're looking at tickets would have been helpful.

The hockey game itself was a magnificent fun event. With that being said, Ticket Master screwed. The pooch game was supposed to start at seven the tickets were for seven they sent me a link at 5:40 telling me that the game was moved up to 6 o’clock. Yes I probably should’ve checked it to find out if it was moved. But if your tickets say one thing, you would think that Ticket Master would have the right time. They’re not gonna move it. 20 minutes up an hour. I give -2 stars to Ticket Master.

The game and what not was fun. But when buying food/drinks, the lines are extremely long and the cash registers were having issues. They were very slow to process payments from credit/debit cards. Which caused lines to become even longer. The DECC should look into some updated equipment to fix there ever slow computer system.

Are group missed the whole first quarter of the game because there was no parking! We drove 2 hours for the game. Paid to watch the game paid for a hotel and I think it was pretty upsetting that we had to miss half the game because of no parking.

Semi nice arena, gluten free food options but no mixed drinks bar

Bulldog hockey, good seats. Fun time. I paid more than the people in my area but wanted seats ahead of time. Good experience with the ticket access and ease of use.

It was a fun game, the view was perfect. They won!

Had an amazing time cheering the Bulldogs on to victory! Seats were great and event was well staffed. However upon arrival to our section (group of six), with libations in hand, we were told that the section was alcohol free. No where on the Ticketmaster site, the arena site, or signage posted anywhere that it informed buyers of this. Not a huge deal but missing the first part of the game to drink our over priced beverages was not ideal, would have picked a different section had they simply posted it.
