UIL Boys State Basketball Tickets

Seats were great and tournament was run smoothly as it is almost every year. Glad there were printed programs this year as well.

The AlamoDome is not an ideal venue for UIL basketball state finals. For those of us coming to watch some amazing basketball games, but not part of a specific school/fanbase, the seating options were extremely limited and the view was AWFUL!! Seriously, it doesn't make sense to go watch live from the far off side seats which were the only ones available to purchase - it would have been better to stay home & watch it on TV. I wish UIL would consider moving the venue to the AT&T center or back to Austin.

The boys games this year were very intense. They played some very aggressive and competitive basketball. The one down side was that there is no longer control over patrons sitting in their assigned seats according to their tickets. We sat in a good section but were often overtaken by unruly, disrespectful students. It was ridiculous that some of the students from other schools would make comments using vulgarity and threats. I hope in the future there is more control on this. When the state games were held at UT there was control over people in the wrong seats.

My nephew attends Plano East HS and we decided in December we would PEHS all the way though. I thought UIL & the City of San Antonio did an outstanding job in hosting the tournament. The streets of San Antonio were clean and the people friendly. The Alamodome was an excellent venue for the tournament. Key to me was getting in and out, easy access from downtown (1 mile). You could drive, Uber or take the bus. Well done!

The Ticketmaster part of my trip was flawless. The Alamodome is not the best venue for the event, but San Antonio is geared for crowds. The city is a delight to visit anytime. It is one of the best places in the state for food and fun.

The event was fantastic . Our team won the State Championship!

I tried months to get Seats in A-122, A-123, A-124, A-125 and A-126 but the Seats never opened up. Seats should be allowed to be purchased in these areas.

As stated in review title....seating wasn't good and concession stand prices were ridiculous

I felt the UIL BOYS STATE TOURNAMENT was great this year. The venue was great they actually stepped it up this year . The year I officiated they have made a few necessary improvements . Good job .

We truly enjoyed watching all the different levels of games. My grandson dreams of playing at the state level sometime in the next few years! UIL state tournament was very organized. The only complaint is that ticket master sold me tickets that had been sold already so therefore we had to be given paper tickets in a different area. Not good! Very disappointing.
