TOOTSIE on Tour
"I LAUGHED MY MASCARA OFF." -ABC
Dorothy Michaels is the biggest sensation to hit Broadway in years. She's talented, outspoken, and an inspiration to everyone around her. In fact, she's quite literally too good to be true. Because squeezed into Dorothy's sensible size-12 pumps is actually Michael Dorsey, an out-of-work actor willing to do anything for a job — even if it means playing way against type. Now, as audiences fall for Dorothy and Michael starts to fall for the woman of his dreams, he's learning that the hardest part of show business isn't getting to the top... it's keeping up the act.
Starring Tony® nominee Santino Fontana, TOOTSIE is "the must-see musical comedy of the season!" (ABC). Don't miss this "outrageously funny" (Time Out) new production featuring a score by Tony winner David Yazbek (The Band's Visit, The Full Monty), a book by Robert Horn, choreography by Tony nominee Denis Jones, and direction by eight-time Tony nominee and Olivier Award winner Scott Ellis.

The show was very funny.. The cast is very talented and the Marquis theater compared to other theaters in New York is spacious with legroom and bathrooms are plentiful. Definitely go to the show before it closes
We just loved Tootsie. We were 4 seeing it for our holiday party and we haven't laughed this hard at any other play. Just a great time.
1. Disappointed you almost completely changed the script. 2. Disappointed you changed the race of Julie. 3. Disappointed you made Julie a lesbian - or at least open to trying it out. 4. Disappointed you made this production only loosely based on the movie. If you needed to change it so much, it shouldn’t have been made.
Enjoyed Tootsie very much. Santino Fantana is a very talented singer and entertainer. Music was good and the supporting characters were all top notch.
Funny, relevant, upbeat, entertaining! So glad we made it our choice to see it!
The whole production was well put together. My friends and I of all ages loved the presentation. The actors/actresses were wonderful.
This is a great Broadway show. Big music and big dance numbers. The lead actor is tremendous and rightfully won a Tony for his performance. The cast is talented and fun. Sad to see the show is leaving. The venue is difficult to get in and out of. poor crowd management.
Tootsie was one of the best plays we have ever seen. We laughed from beginning to the end. The actors were all perfectly cast. The accolades & awards the show has received were well deserved. If the show wasn’t closing so soon, we would go see it again. Bravo!
Tootsie was very entertaining and in my opinion, the actress that played Julie stole the show! Laugh out loud funny!
So much fun! Santino Fontana is a force of nature as Michael Dorsey/Dorothy Michaels. The supporting cast is flawless and the songs are catchy!
The theater was clean and the show was amazing. Everyone in the audience was laughing. The musical numbers were well performed and the acting was great. 10/10 would recommend.
Easy access to theatre such a funny show we had a wonderful time !!
We enjoyed every bit of it. The 2.5 hours went fast because it kept us entertained. We loved the roommate and Tootsie was just amazing Man--as a Woman. :) Highly recommend!
It was one of the funniest shows I have ever seen! Great cast and performances, I wasn't sure how it would translate into a musical , but they did an excellent job!
Hysterical show with a great cast! I would recommend it to anyone.
Everything was perfect. Great show and fantastic cast.
Great cast and writing! The story brought a welcoming twist and the acting had us laughing in our seats! Mission accomplished!
Good show, but not great like other Broadway productions.
Fantastic! Best show and funniest show on Broadway! Closing way too soon!
