This was a great show. Opening bands were new to me, but were great and actually bought their merch.

    I Finally saw the master!

by niftynickt on 9/12/11Jackpot Music Hall - Lawrence

This show was amazing. Tim was real personable with the crowd, it was an intimately sized venue, and he played stuff from all over his career, always with gusto!

    Tim Kasher never dissapoints

by Loudarock on 9/2/11Mercury Lounge - New York

Been a huge fan for over 10 years. Have seen Cursive, The Good Life and Tim solo multiple times and will honestly continue to see him, especially in NY. He always treats with an oldie and I was completely in awe when he played The Good Life's "Bullshit Escape" during the encore. Amazingly talented man.

Kinda the most amazing show ever.

by MandyCakes on 11/22/10UCSD The Loft - La Jolla

First of all, I've been a fan of The Good Life and Cursive for many many years, and never miss any of their shows so there was no way I was missing Tim Kasher on his own [it doesn't hurt that he has an amazing album either but you know]. Hands down this show surpassed all of my expectations and now holds its place in my head as 'kinda the most amazing show ever'. It was my first time at the Loft-which was small, not crowded and nice [got to stand right up front and watch every single moment in complete awe]. So let me tell you...Tim Kasher just does it-he killed it. He is an actor, a performer-he gets into your head, warms your soul and leaches onto your heart. You feel every bit of passion he put into these songs-and it's so so so much better in person than on the album. How does he do it? Perhaps the help of the merry band behind him [including cello, trumpet, oboe, some other fancy things, etc] add to the unforgettable. Old Cursive songs were played-along with Good Life songs I've never seen live [and honey, I've seen them all]. Basically this was a night I will never forget-and I guarantee anyone who has an ounce of admirer, fan, passion or booze in them will either. Bravo Tim.
