Emmy & Grammy award winner Tiffany Haddish has established herself as one of the most sought-after comedic actresses and performers worldwide. Haddish can next be seen returning as Detective Danner in the second season of AppleTV's critically acclaimed murder mystery series The Afterparty which premieres on July 12. Both films will be released in theaters on August 18th. She recently starred in Lionsgate's The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent opposite Nicholas Cage, Universal's Easter Sunday as well as voicing Tuca Adult Swim's Tuca & Bertie and Hulu's Solar Opposites, where she voices Aisha.

Other recent projects include starring opposite Oscar Isaac in the critically acclaimed Paul Schrader film The Card Counter, On the Count of Three, alongside Jerrod Carmichael and Netflix's critically acclaimed Bad Trip, starring alongside Eric Andre and Lil Rel Howery. Projects in development include Down Undercover, opposite Chris Hemsworth, Mystery Girl, Homecoming Queen and The Untitled Flo Jo Biopic.

Haddish is perhaps best known for her breakout role in the smash comedy Girls Trip, where she starred as the scene-stealing "Dina" alongside Jada Pinkett Smith, Queen Latifah, and Regina Hall. Her other film and television work include Here Today, Like A Boss, The Kitchen, Between Two Ferns: The Movie, The Spongebob Squarepants Movie: Sponge on the Run, The Secret Life of Pets 2, The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part, The Angry Birds Movie 2, Night School, Nobody's Fool, The Oath, hosting both Kids Say the Darndest Things and TBS' Friday Night Vibes, Self-Made: Inspired by the Life of Madam CJ Walker, The Last O.G. and The Carmichael Show. Haddish also served as host and executive producer of the Emmy-nominated Netflix stand-up comedy series Tiffany Haddish Presents: They Ready. The series of half-hour comedy specials featuring her friends and long-time comedic collaborators ran for two seasons.

Her Emmy-nominated and Grammy-winning comedy special, Tiffany Haddish: Black Mitzvah, debuted on Netflix in December 2019. Haddish became the second black woman ever to win a Grammy for Outstanding Comedy Album and the first since Whoopi Goldberg won in 1986. Her first stand-up special, Tiffany Haddish: She Ready! From the Hood to Hollywood was released on Showtime in August 2017. Just three months after the special's release, Haddish made history by becoming the first black female stand-up comedian to host Saturday Night Live, which earned her the 2018 Emmy Award for "Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series."  In June 2018, Haddish took the reins as the host of the MTV Movie and TV Awards, a role that earned her critical acclaim and significant ratings boost for MTV.

Haddish's first book, a memoir called The Last Black Unicorn, was released in 2018. The book made the New York Times Best Sellers List, and the companion audiobook, narrated by Haddish, was nominated for a 2019 Grammy Award for "Spoken Word Album." In 2022 Haddish released her debut picture book Layla, The Last Black Unicorn.

Haddish's journey and life experiences have inspired her comedy and sense of humor both on and off the stage.  She has been very candid about her experiences growing up in foster care in South Central Los Angeles. Her excessive talking and imaginary friends prompted her flustered social worker to steer her into stand-up comedy.  She enrolled in the Laugh Factory's Comedy Camp, a place for at-risk and underprivileged children to transform negative energy into something positive. The experience was just the beginning of her comedy career. Haddish recently founded The She Ready Foundation to help and support foster kids in need. In 2021 The She Ready Foundation launched an Internship Program with Ready To Succeed for foster youth in the SoCal area.

She currently lives in Los Angeles.

At least we had a night out

by Angie on 10/30/23Stifel Theatre - St. Louis

The comedy show in St. Louis wasn’t that good at all. Lil Rell was really funny and I thought he should have closed the show. As far as Tiffany H…let’s just say she isn’t the greatest comedian. Felt like it was a waste of $130 but at least we had a night out.

    Disappointing

by Comedy Guy STL on 10/30/23Stifel Theatre - St. Louis

I was very excited to see the show having followed Ms Haddish in her various comedy specials. Performance was extremely flat and stale. If she writes her own material she is in desperate need of writer. Low energy and disappointing in every way. Her opening act were equally un-funny!

    Disappointed

    by Dee on 10/28/23

I love Tiffany in her shows & movies but maybe live shows aren’t her thing? This was my first time seeing her live and left super disappointed. She didn’t tell many jokes and once she smoked weed, it was a wrap. She went into a Qc& A and everyone started walking out. I did not laugh as much as I expected and laughed WAY more with the openers.

    Loved the openers!

by JA on 10/23/23Grand Sierra Resort and Casino - Reno

Loved the openers and the DJ! Thought Tiffany’s show was bit slow at parts. Especially the whole thing about the birthday lady in the audience. Seemed like a plant or pre-staged. Lost me there. Not as funny as the Netflix shows. We had fun, but probably wouldn’t go again.

    Not Funny.

by Molly on 10/23/23Grand Sierra Resort and Casino - Reno

Very disappointed in this show. The openers were great! Tiffany was on an odd tangent which just didn’t seem funny to me. I wouldn’t waste time or money to see her again

    *Good Time and Great Laughs!*

by Senessa on 10/23/23Grand Sierra Resort and Casino - Reno

The Tiffany Haddish Show was amazing. There was a DJ that played a variety of music before the show started. He had the party going. There was a surprise of two other comedians before Tiffany Haddish. They were really good. Flamin Monroe. Tiffany Haddish was hilarious!! I would definitely recommend going to have a good time and laughs.

Much too long before Tiffany started.

by Pretty Nana on 10/23/23Grand Sierra Resort and Casino - Reno

Tiffany just was not as great as last time I saw her a couple of years ago. My good friend came with me as I told her how funny she was. Also disappointed. I wonder why the more vulgar and obscene a comedian is they think is funny. We’ve all heard it over over again. Be creative and think of something original and make it hilarious. Wow what a concept. If everyone is doing and saying the same thing why bother seeing them. I love Tiffany and I hope she gets back to what’s really funny. Thank you and God Bless ☮️

    Amazeballs

by Naj on 10/23/23Grand Sierra Resort and Casino - Reno

I almost slid out of my seat, holding my chest. I was laughing so hard. I love that there were no phones allowed in there because it gave her free reign to say whatever and she did it and she did it good!!!! What I love the most about Tiffany Haddish? Honestly it’s like going and hanging out with one of my best girlfriends she does not hold back on the stuff that comes out of her mouth and I hope she never stops. Highly recommend.

Horrible performance from Tiffany in AC,NJ

by Lizzie on 10/4/23Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena - Atlantic City

She was horrible. I was not expecting this from her. She told 5 jokes and went into a Q&A section. The show last 2 hours. I was looking for Tiffany to tear the stage up and have us crying. I don’t know what happened to her and this was my first time ever going to see her.

    Where is the show Tiffany?

by Ness on 10/4/23Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena - Atlantic City

Cant believe I traveled to Atlantic City to see Tiffany Haddish in concert. There were several comedians that performed before Tiffany and they were fine. However, once Tiffany came out she told a few jokes and then began asking the audience if they had any questions for her. Initially, I thought this was just a temporary thing, but she continued asking questions until she said her time was up. Really Tiffany? This was supposed to be a comedy show, not a get to know Tiffany event. I feel like I was robbed by Tiffany and Ticketmaster.

    Incredibly disappointed

by Nichole on 10/4/23Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena - Atlantic City

We paid good money for floor seats. I bought tickets because I absolutely loved Tiffany’s book- I thought it was so funny! I also love her movies but she came completely unprepared. She didn’t have any jokes or funny pieces she just talked to us. Told us about her experience in Atlantic City. Then had the crowd ask her questions. I was expecting more stories like her book, funny stories. I was expecting a comedy show from her, not questions and answers..I will say the comedians before her were absolutely great and I’d pay to see them again.

The show was great however the seating was horrible, we were sitting on top of each other . I can just image people who are on the heavier side. Just uncomfortable

    Ehh....

by Dangerous on 10/4/23Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena - Atlantic City

The comedians that opened up for Tiffany were hilarious. Tiffany..... not so much. I wouldn't recommend anyone pay to see her. I wish I knew what the opening comedians names were but they made everyone lock their phones up in these pouches. There were definitely people in there taking pictures though. But I digress. I won't go see her again.

    Could’ve been more jokes

by Chocolate on 10/4/23Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena - Atlantic City

This was my first time coming to a show . First I understood the locking up the phones , Although I didn’t like it. The first 3 comedians we’re ok . I expected Tiffany to have been more funny than them. However in my opinion that wasn’t the case. Overall I enjoyed myself. I at least got out of the house.

    Disappointing

by Jackie G on 10/4/23Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena - Atlantic City

There were 3 comedians prior to Ms Haddish coming out, thank God they were hilarious bc she was not. She didn’t really have anything prepared. She did a Q&A that’s just not what I went there for. It was disappointing.

Three comedians before she even came on. They were good but I was there for her. Short set and really not that funny. I was very disappointed
