    Get Yo Own!

by D. B. on 10/13/21Alliant Energy PowerHouse - Cedar Rapids

New Power Generation? Not to me. I am embarrassed I attended. Good thing no one else did. 50-75 people turned out 2 jam. But the jamming was not for the people, it was for the money. Albeit very little. Meet & Greet, offered steak, received chop steak. Look & smile. They did not honor Prince's music or Prince "fans". Yes, they were tight, thanks Prince. An hour of music, theirs, they played on only. They didn't like it here and it was obvious. Hey guys you failed. Why the hell is the Prince Estate allowing the use of the "New Power Generation" name and music? Talk to the Original 7. What a wasted opportunity. Wish there was a Dj instead. And if you ever see my NPG4EVA plates, it's not for these clowns. RIP 1958 - 2016.

    disappointing

by T. P. on 10/5/21Alliant Energy PowerHouse - Cedar Rapids

Only a few hundred people attended. How well was this advertised?? Performance was amazing but the show only lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes. The playlist did not include many hits. Looked forward to a great dance party and left wanting MUCH more.

    Amazing Sound

by Rikki Mack on 10/5/21Alliant Energy PowerHouse - Cedar Rapids

Loved NPG! They sounded amazing and played the songs they played with Prince. I wish they had played longer than an hour but over all a great concert!

    No seats or Prince music

by Kris on 10/5/21Alliant Energy PowerHouse - Cedar Rapids

No seating created an issue and no Prince music was disappointing. Stayed for 35 mins then left. Barely 200 ppl attended. Would not buy tickets again.

    Too Short

by DogNanny on 10/5/21Alliant Energy PowerHouse - Cedar Rapids

Loved what songs they did do. Venue was amazing. But not enough hits and we paid $70 for an hour and 10 minute show. The crowd felt disappointed and I heard multiple people leaving the concert confused and upset. 2 people flew in for this from the east coast...definitely disappointed. Just wanted more than a couple hits and an hour set.

Enjoyed the music but so disappointed that the concert was barely over an hour long.

    Disappointing

by Jak on 10/4/21Alliant Energy PowerHouse - Cedar Rapids

The band performed for 1 hr 25 minutes. They walked off stage and didn’t come back for an encore. The tickets were expensive and I expected a REAL Concert experience. This was treated like a bar band experience. Tickets were approximately $70. I saw this band 2 years ago in a park- for free and they played for 2 hours. Total rip off and I won’t be attending concerts there again.
