    Great Venue But Concessions Lacking

by Chuck on 5/29/23Ameris Bank Amphitheatre - Alpharetta

It wasn't clear how to get to Parking Lot A but we managed to find it the long way around and fortunately the line to get into the venue moved quickly so we just made our seats. The most disappointing thing was the concessions. You couldn't move 10 feet without running into an adult beverage booth, but there were only 2 food and non-alcoholic locations and the lines were worse than the gate entrance. They offered refillable souvenir sodas but you had to choose - either wait in line for the refill, or watch the concert.

    Wonderful evening

by EllenL on 5/25/23Ameris Bank Amphitheatre - Alpharetta

We had a wonderful evening at Ameris amphitheater, listening to the ASO play the music of John Williams. Lyft drop off and pick up was easy and convenient. Picking up our lawn chairs was quick and efficient. All the staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. A great time!

by AC on 5/24/23Ameris Bank Amphitheatre - Alpharetta

Great concert at an awesome, clean venue. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I love watching the ASO play and it’s great when they come to Alpharetta. Can’t wait until next year.

    The music was great!

by Wantzup on 5/24/23Ameris Bank Amphitheatre - Alpharetta

It was a beautiful night and the atmosphere was super. So many people dressed up in character or with movie themed T-shirts. So much fun and great music.

ASO plays the best of John Williams

    by R. W. on 5/24/23Ameris Bank Amphitheatre - Alpharetta

Ameris Bank Amphitheatre is one of my favorite venues. A beautiful evening of music with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Reasonably priced tickets (parking included) made it a great evening of entertainment.

    Parking is awful

by Rith on 5/24/23Ameris Bank Amphitheatre - Alpharetta

The parking situation is horrendous as is the parking signage. We were stuck in traffic and missed 15 min of the concert that started 20 minutes late. The concert was very short too. But the ASO was fantastic!

    Disappointed

by Hunter on 5/24/23Ameris Bank Amphitheatre - Alpharetta

I was supposed to get parking with my ticket package. I never got any instructions as to how I could redeem the parking. Upon arrival I asked someone where to go. I was directed to the “C” lot. It took me over half an hour to go a little over a block to get to the “C” lot. Then I was told that if my tickets included parking I would need to go to the “A” lot. I opted to pay another $25 so that I wouldn’t miss the show. So… what was advertised as a $25 “all in” show (I opted for seats which cost almost $40) my total at checkout was $114 and change. Add the additional charge to park because I didn’t get the parking I had already purchased… and I paid a total of $139 for two tickets to a “$25 all in” show. I won’t fall for that again The show itself was great.

    Atl symphony playing John Williams

by Sandy on 5/24/23Ameris Bank Amphitheatre - Alpharetta

Very short concert. Best when they were playing upbeat rather than “ballad-y” music. Everyone near me liked it , as I did, but also agreed it was way too short. First half lasted 33 minutes
