This was the best show I’ve seen in awhile. Will definitely go to another if they ever have another .
Not really what I was expecting, more like going to a disney kids show. Thought it would be more like show itself. Not impressed
Left a google review already and after reading the rest of the horrible reviews I see ticket master really doesn’t care about their horrible reviews. Won’t but anymore
The show was not what we were expecting. The characters obviously were not singing but were lip singing to the songs. Not like the TV show. I paid to see the Masked Singer not the Masked lip singer. If it wasn’t for Natasha Bedingfield really singing I would have gave it a 1 star. Save your money!!!
The "masks" weren't from the show first of all and I get they're on tour but they also just lip sync. The only live singing performance was the host. Love Natasha but I didn't pay to see her concert. The other performers were good but the little show put on I don't think was very family friendly. The celebrity mask was someone I'm sure most people didn't even know.
We didn't know what to expect with this show since the tours were said to be different. We weren't too excited to see the previous characters lip sing songs, but the host, skits and surprise celebrity guest were impressive.
We were expecting to watch a filming of the TV show The Masked Singer, which we love. We were disappointed that it was just a performance based show. Basically, it was the same 4 or 5 people dancing in costumes from the show with a live performance by Natasha Beningfeld. It was a bit disjointed. We left at intermission
Here is the least of what I was expecting. 1) A fake panel of judges. Be they actors picked from some weird audience lottery or local celebrities. 2) A few local singers\entertainers to make up the majority of the masked singers. Have 1 celebrity in the mix to win at the end. Set it up to only have one of the 2 finalist unmask, with the winner being the celebrity plant. I'm not sure what kind of cacamamie story you need to make up for that to make sense but it should be possible with all the other stunts the TV show has done. 3) Enjoy the show What we ended up watching 1) Costumed people dancing to a song track. 2) A mini Natasha Beddingfield concert 3) The only unmasking was the local celebrity We would have walked out but we got stuck on a loop with the expectation of it getting better. No dice.
I took my daughter to the concert bc she absolutely loves the show. We thought the concert was excellent, but I thought it was going to be a recording of the actual show. Others that I spoke with thought the same thing. I also didn’t think the “bachelorette party” scene was suitable for kids. The mother in front of me jokingly covered her sons’ faces during that scene. All in all great show though.
It was a good show, it just lacked a little something. Didn’t really know what to expect… Natasha Bedingfield was great and has a really powerful voice. The best parts are when they brought up the audience members to participate.
The Tanger Center in Greensboro was a great venue, but the show was not at all what we were expecting. It was more like a Natasha Beddingfield concert with other acts while she changed costumes. She is a great performer, but we took our grandchildren as their Christmas gift to see the Masked Singer and drove 200 miles to see it! The surprise guest wasn’t any big deal and most people around us had no idea who he was. Several people left at the intermission as it wasn’t what they expected either. I was really disappointed in the $30 program too! It was just a few color pages for $30 was a rip-off! The girls enjoyed seeing the costumes and less of Natasha. She was billed as the host!
Enjoyed it. Well done but no reveal in the end. Was it really the Masked Singers or dancers in their costumes? Need to reveal the Singers.
Was More like a middle school play. Storyline was terrible, host was ridiculous and sang more songs than masked singer, who were not even singing just dancing in costumes to songs. Was so disappointed, nothing at all like the tv show.
I love this show, and hardly expected to see a replica of what we see on tv, but this was not worth the money. We saw some costumes of last characters, “singing” along to the *original* recordings of popular songs. I wish the production crew took a half-step further and called the celebs on the show and asked them to record themselves signing, at least? Save your cash!
Very Friendly Staff at Steven Tanger Center. Check-in was easy and hassle free. My hat goes off to the "Professionals" handling all aspects of the operations there. The Staff handling the Masked Singer V.I.P. Check-in were very friendly courteous and especially helpful, they made the photo op very fun filled and exciting. The seating was great, 3RD Row Center which made it very easy to see and hear all the performance. The performance was lively encouraging and at times very humorous. The back-up dancers were very skilled at keeping the crowd engaged and agile in there moves. Having "local attendees" participate in the show made it a more personal and fun filled experience. I can hardly wait till they return for another performance, looking forward to next time.
The host was amazing! The sound was terrible. The vip a waste. The masked singers did not sing but did nice dance. The stage and sets were good. The sound (distorted bass) made the people around us leave
The show should have been called “The Masked Singer Characters featuring Natasha Bedingfield in concert.”
It was not really a version of the show and I was hoping for that. Natasha Bedingfield sang a lot and though it was quite spirited, I did not expect a mini-concert of her music. The dancing was fine, the costumes were great and we had a great experience because our seats were upgraded to the orchestra. My nieces enjoyed it and it was their gift, so that is all that matters.
It was not what I thought it would be. I was not there to watch someone sing I didn't even know. The characters were ones that were already unmasked. I thought it was going to be like the TV show. Payed alot of money for nothing...
I was under the impression that it was going to be like on TV. Well I was was very upset about the whole process.
