  • Lion King was amazing

    by Mcamp22 on 1/25/16Minskoff Theatre - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

I went to the show on my birthday thinking it would be something cool to do and I am so glad I did. The show was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The dancing and special effects I'd have to say were my favorite. I 100% recommend seeing the Lion King.

  • Beautiful decorations and costumes!!!

by Anonymous on 1/25/16Minskoff Theatre - New YorkRating: 3 out of 5

I expected more from this show. Some of performers did not had good voice and some songs you barely can hear what they are singing. The popular songs could have been more engage with audience.

  • Disapointing

by Valishere on 1/25/16Minskoff Theatre - New YorkRating: 3 out of 5

As a frequent theatre goer who always wanted to see Lion King for years, I was very excited to finally go. I found the performance bland and the singing unmemorable. It was disappointing.

  • A must seen play

    by Bibiche2016 on 1/24/16Minskoff Theatre - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Last year I wanted to go but it was sold out. But this year , I decided to go. Hint: get your ticket before the play online or at the ticket master. tickets not guaranty on the day of the show. I was not disappointed at all. I am planning to bring my family again. Great show for people of every age, never seen a play or first timer. Can be a great gift. Love it.

The play was simply AMAZING!!!!!! I LOVE the fact that the actors were actually in the audience during the performance..... The costumes and masks were remarkable. I especially LOVED all the jokes that were told though out the show.

by RicksterW on 1/23/16Minskoff Theatre - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first visit to NYC for a show. And WOW, what a show! The costumes, the cast and crew... everything was more than I would have ever expected. I was hesitant to spend that much money for tickets but am so glad now that I did! You will NOT regret it !!

  • Second time just as exciting as the first one!

by MuraCHka on 1/23/16Minskoff Theatre - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

I saw Lion King a few years ago and decided to see it again during the Broadway Week promotion. Good prices for good seats. The show againg was fenomenal! Bright and vivid colorful costumes and decorations on stage. Beautifully made animals costumes. Great actors play. Hopefully in few years will come back here again. You can never get tired of it!

  • The Lion King was awesome

by RMozer on 1/23/16Minskoff Theatre - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

It was a awesome experience. For me, the show captured the culture of S. Africa. I spent several months working as a geologist in Botswana on a water supply project for the Village of Maun and it brought back fond memories of that adventure. I especially loved the actress and character of Rafiki who spoke in a native tongue. The costumes and makeup were just incredible. The giraffes and the hyenas were the best.

by Brooktheater on 1/20/16Minskoff Theatre - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Lion King was so amazing! If you get a chance to see a Broadway show, this one should definitely be at the top of your list. The set design, musical talent, artistic depiction of the animals, wit of the play in general... I could go on and on!

Great show for kids and adults. I might not bring a child under 7 years old but that might be because I'm an 'old fashioned' 60 something. My wife and I attended and sat in Mezzanine. What a show! Great costumes, singing, dancing and uplifting story-line. Totally entertained. Don't miss this show!
